I’m watching this around midday, after five total hours of sleep. I’m exhausted, but trying not to nap so that I can get on a decent sleep schedule soon.
My life has been kind of crazy. We have a lot of chosen family out of state (as most of our blood related family has passed or dislikes us for one reason or another) and in three separate states, there’s three separate crisises. My mom, being the superwoman she is, is handling it all over her phone with texts and calls. Most are related to medical things, which was her career for decades. But still, thoughts, good vibes, prayers (whatever it is you fancy - I don’t judge) are greatly appreciated.
Hi Rebecca! It’s been a tough few days for me. One of our cats passed away unexpectedly a couple of days ago. She was 17, so she had a good, full life, but I still can’t believe she’s gone. Thank you so much for your company with these WIP and Waffles. I‘m lucky that we happen to be in June, so I get to have your company every day. It really helps to still take an hour or so with my Zesties and listen to my friend Rebecca chat with us all. Thank you so much for all that you do. 💕 Have a great day! 🐝

Hi Rebecca and the rest of the Zesties! I'm watching this waffle prior to doing my diamond Paiting for the day.
My hubby emailed DAC and they are sending me the missing diamonds so I will be able to complete my Painting once those arrive. So I this evening I will continue on working on it and just do what I can and finish it once those arrive.
My next project will be a 30x40 cat for my sister. It will be a surprise just because gift.
The other day we had so much rain, we had some flooding in town. Our city is much on a hill, so when we get a lot of rain, there can be flooding in some of the tunnels on the highway and some of the roads up on the hill.

Hi Rebecca, happy 22nd! Yes, I’m still running behind. I did finish Gary 🐌 (from SpongeBob) on June 13th. So the remainder of the month is budget WIPs.
I too like the idea of a stash limit. My DAC stash is sitting at (gulp) 39 😱 😂 After watching Lisette go through her stash detox and her new limits, it’s been eye-opening - especially since so many of my canvases are large and take a good bit of time.
At least now I’m more conscious of my purchases and may destash ones I’m not as passionate about anymore.

Talking about my nephew again, my brother (his dad) taught him if he was throwing a ball to shout YEET 😂 when he was only just starting out talking. It was hilarious! It's funnier when he can't even say it properly lol
Hi Rebecca! It’s me again. I ordered the Mini Dazzles from Diamond Art Club the other day (which I’m sure I uploaded to the Facebook group). What I didn’t know, potentially as I haven’t had a chance to properly look at everything, the kit has fairy dust diamonds. I didn’t know fairy dust diamonds were even a thing. Just means more sparkle.
I’m using the stock purple pen today!!

Talk about playdough, my 3 year old nephew threw playdough across the room then told me he was going to tell his mummy on me because I'm horrible because I asked him to pick it up 😂 what a sheltered life he lives lol.
But then because I said that's ok, I'll tell her you threw things and I'm sure mummy won't like that... He then proceeded to make sure I had a face full of a playdough duck we'd just made 😂 of the fun times.
I do love that boy too much, can't stay mad for too long lol

I have come up with a very logical reason for the size of my stash. My daughter tried to shame me, in a fun way, for the size of my stash. So I told her, "listen, think of it this way, the more i buy now, is less that you have to buy me when im to old to work and you have to take care of me. So think of it as my retirement plan." She agreed and has not teased me about it since then. LOL
What I tend to do is either put things in my basket or in my wishlist & leave them there. When I eventually go back to the site I often think to myself "what on earth did I see in that one" & it gets deleted 😂😂😂

Hi Rebecca, I am finally home. I did not get much Diamond painting done between the heat , grandma and my talking, and a medical issue. It was 96 degrees F or 36 C all week. Thank goodness our camper had air conditioning. I had a great time even though I am very dehydrated and my body let me know it. I am taking a well needed rest for my very hoarse voice and getting caught up with youtube.
I’m on track to have 3 paintings done before the end of June. One was a 35 by 35 and 2 of them are 30 by 40 and I have the next three planned out and they are all 30 by 40. I have to order one color so I can finish two of my paintings because my six year dumped it out while we were traveling
🤶 1st comment today. Last night working on my other diamond painting the symbols spelled DAD several times. He is holding his own right now. Mom has hospice to help so I am going home to help with the family now school is out.

I'm on a roll this month. I've started and completed two customs, and I will finish an old WIP by this evening. Hmm what to do for the rest of the month 🤔 maybe I should do a small one from my stash so I can at least say my stash is one lighter than it was 😂

Hi Rebecca, I just finished watching today's WIP & Waffle (21st), I had to smile when you said that eejit is a great word, it really is, for anyone who doesn't know it's a word that we use in Ireland instead of idiot. Possibly it was said, back in the day, by someone who couldn't pronounce the word idiot and it just stuck. You were talking about sport being big in Australia, I have to agree with you, I have two grandnieces living in Sydney and they're hugely into sports, their dad is a sports coach. The eldest girl is 13 and has always played football, she recently qualified as a referee, on a small scale for now, but it's a big achievement as she's on the Autism Spectrum and has ADHD. The younger girl is 10 and she's into running, her dad runs marathons but him and her regularly run 5k races together, she generally comes 1st or 2nd in her age group. She also plays football and what makes me laugh is that she is on a 7-a-side football team which consists of 6 boys and her, she's not in the slightest bit bothered that she's the only girl on the team, she's a real tomboy. Apologies for the long comment and thank you for the great WIP & Waffles, I love my bit or "me" time everyday ❤

Me again, Sorry, I should have said in my last comment that the word eejit is generally used in a very lighthearted way and is not meant to be cruel or insulting, if a person does something silly someone will say "ah, ya eejit ya" and everyone will have a giggle.
