Gopu dear do you know we vegetarians don't have any big choice for B12 other than paneer. But the soaked fermentation of cooked rice infuse a load of vitamin B12 B6 etc. It is thoroughly tasty with tapioca made in the potato way. If you like or want you can add grounded coconut with some jeera and green chilli while grinding. There is a different very very spicy chilli which you get in Kerala, very small in size, kaanthari mulaku instead of green chilli you can add this to enhance the taste. You are super excited and very happy while you cook. But not Jaanu. You love cooking
