@@brianlittrell797 the self exists. The self *is* existence itself. The *SEPARATE* self is the illusion. It exists as a belief in separation only on the level of the mind. Meaning it is dependent upon your belief in it, meaning it’s existence is dependent upon something else. What’s real is real, independent of all other variables. The All Self, existence, you’re essence being exists independently from your belief in it. Reality exists independently, of its own volition. Aaron Abke has touched on this line of thinking before and he likens it to the skeptical murderer example. The murderer murders *because* he takes his separate self to be real. *Because* he takes that narration as the separate self in his mind to be his reality. The reason parents have such an unconditional type of love for their children is because they have this oneness perception of them, feeling this being came out of me. When you’ve realized the One Self as *your* self this perspective of unconditional love through oneness becomes universal. You realize there is really only one energy that makes up all of existence and that energy is what we call Love. When you let go of the separate self you become a radiant being of pure Love, and the question “why should we respect anyone at all” and questions like it naturally fall away. Your only mission in life becomes the drive to share this love with all whom live in insanity, those believing in separation and living in their own self created suffering and Hell.

It was really the parts of some non-duality teachings that seem ridiculous to me and don't make sense like "there is noone and nothing" and "You don't exist" and "There is no person" that don't make sense to me. Perhaps because I don't understand the terminology and what those words really mean. What you explained in a beautiful way makes sense to me and feels good to me. I'm guessing that "there is no person" means that you are not your history or what has happened to you, you are not your current human identity or your body. You are not the thoughts and feelings you experience. You are that which is aware of all of these things and can choose to be whatever you choose to be, do whatever you choose to do and have whatever you choose to have. And our ability to be something, do something and have something is dependent upon the level of spiritual awareness, spiritual evolution, that our individuated consciousness and being has realized. We are like young plants compared to a being of Christ Consciousness which would be like a huge tree that bears many fruit. The young plant has to be watered and nourished by the soil and the sun until it can grow and walk on water and calm a storm with just a thought. Meditation and expressing love/service/generosity and prayer cause us to grow in spiritual awareness/intelligence until we are the huge tree and embody the fruits - the kingdom of heaven in it's fullness. Thus the soul turns it's concept of Itself into a lived experience - a fully embodied experience. That's my understanding anyway. I appreciate any corrections or clarifications if I said anything incorrect or somewhat inaccurate. There is much about non-duality I'm not so clear on.

What we call a person is but conditioned programming meeting stimulus. If the personally identified being was raised in an emotionally abusive home where they were taught they were never enough, their conditioning would meet the stimulus of insults as insecurity and self judgement. If the personally identified being was raised in a home with 2 narcissistic parents their conditioning might meet the stimulus of insults as outwardly projected judgement. Either way, the “person” is but *reacting* to their environment in the only way they know how, and that is the opposite of free will. The Latin root for person is persona, which literally means mask. There is a saying, “the only free will is Gods free will.” And when you’ve awakened the Christ Consciousness within you, you then have the choice to respond to a situation which calls for your belief in separation instead with unity and oneness, aka Love. Once this realization settles in and deepens, it feels like less of a “choice” and more of an authentic reflection of who you really are. This is the free will to be who you truly are regardless of all incoming stimulus. You just watch the thoughts and actions of the mind and body begin to align with that truth of oneness, and verbiage like Christ gave becomes glaringly clear, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” The truest interpretation to take from that would be that the son IS the father. In other words there is only the father, and the son never existed. Or at the very least, he never existed apart from the father as a separate entity. He only fooled himself into believing he was.
I just can’t believe how real all of this is. If I watched this 5 years ago I would be like “What is this nonsense jargon?” But through recent experiences and self-discovery, hearing this info makes such overwhelming sense, and is like drinking a healing refreshing glass of water. Thank you Aaron!

Wonderful. I'm arriving to the 'I create my reality' camp as I've been listening to a lot of Abraham Hicks. I've been noticing a correlation with what I think and what I experience, my feelings/vibration and how my day goes. Although, sometimes I notice that when things are going well it doesn't feel like I'm doing it rather I'm just getting out of the way and something is moving through me. I often experience this when I'm doing something creative and I'm in the "flow state" as its called or when I'm running and "I'm in the zone." Very well explained and easy for me to understand. I'm sure I will come back to this video many more times. Thank you.
Aaron, your scale of the 7 levels of Spiritual Intelligence provides another very useful tool that one can use to help them find their way back to SPIRITUAL REALITY. I've added it to my "Get Back to Reality" aka "Remember I Am One with God" tool box. The first such scale that came into my conscious awareness this incarnation was L. Ron Hubbard's emotional tone scale, his scale of awareness characteristics and numerous others. Mr. Hubbard originated numerous scales that were helpful in evaluating a person's condition as well as the person's reality of their spiritual condition. I suspect that many of the scales he published were his version of scales that are ancient as are all such scales i.e., all seemingly 'new' scales are actually versions of older scales. Then there's Dr. David Hawkin's Map of Consciousness, ACIM's Characteristics of God's Teachers, my metaphorical ladder of Awareness, and I have no doubts there are almost countless others. From my experience, the few such scales that I am aware of (including yours) just provide more ways to look at and interpret the proverbial elephant in the room. The paradoxical journey that seems to be ongoing for each and every one of us is highly individualized; meaning, we each are travelling our own unique path, therefore, it is important that we learn to accept ourselves and others as they are where they are.
this is great! I wish you could make a video on all the ways the Ego weaponizes spirituality and turns it into depression. "Everything is meaningless" -> "there's nothing to live for." "There's no point to my dreams and desires" -> "why bother with anything". It's like you experience a kiss of liberation only to plunge back into the depths of hell - becoming depressed, completely lethargic, and hopeless - knowing that the truth you longed for was not the truth your ego wanted. I think a lot of people would benefit to a video like this; i certainly would!
Very well put. I feel the exact same way. A video on this would be extremely helpful. I feel like I’ve been living to serve my ego for so long that I can’t comprehend doing anything that doesn’t feed my ego or my false sense of self. So if my self doesn’t truly exist, why do anything. I know that’s not true. But that’s how it feels at first when you think about letting go of the self/ego.

I am soooo grateful to you, I dont know why I'm in floods of tears while I write this. I have been insane for 46+ years of my life. I have spent the last 6 years awakening, it's hard to do when no one around you is going through this and are still very much on the insane level (severe generational trauma, no adults in my life were not affected by this). You have always been the person I most resonate with and I value the manner in which you deliver the info it is so important to those of us that come from very damaged backgrounds because you are kind, give understanding in layman's terms. I love all the gurus but I cannot connect with them and other spiritual teachers are not kind with their students, kindness and humour is very important to keep people walking the path of expansion. You definitely know the truth… Being in a drug induced psychosis was definitely involved in my spiritual awakening… I believe, for me, that there is a fine line between psychosis and spiritual awakening. It took that extreme experience to wake me up again. I have been off drugs for a significant amount of time. I know for a fact that we are all One. God is everything there is. When I went through the whole day today alone in a totally foreign country that nobody knows me, I am not lonely or anxious or fear at all, I even forgot who I am, just every moment I went through, this no self, feels like I am only a vehicle experienced by god, I don’t know what life would teach me next, but I am open for whatever it comes, because every day and every moment feel like newborn, how amazing this is

Enjoyed watching your interview with Andre Duqum and hearing about the Essenes. Not so keen on your interpretation of chakras though. Perhaps for higher consciousness but to be whole each chakra works together .. like a mini universe. And consciousness must permeate all.
this entire time Aaron's just been leading us to believe he's batman 😂 I find when a really angering situation happens, it takes sometime to reach a reasonable conclusion, so it might start at the lower chakras but eventually move to the higher ones, can take a few days, depending on how angering the situation seemed at the time, but I feel like we all have moments of anger, but let the reality sink in, in time 🥰
Can you talk more about when we go up and down the chart? I’m pretty sure I’m at the solar plexus level. But I had experience intense higher states of consciousness for short amount times when I meditate. The best way I can explain is that I live at the solar plexus state right now, but I sometimes visit higher states of consciousness. Why does that happen? How do we maintain those higher states of being?
Is there anyway to make these higher states last longer? They usually last between minutes and hours. How do I make them last days or weeks? I felt pure loving awareness as I was watching myself, my avatar. As if I was filling up the entire space around me. I’ve been having a increase of divine experiences, but they only stay for a short time. Anything I can do to make them last longer?

I am soooo grateful to you, I dont know why I'm in floods of tears while I write this. I have been insane for 46+ years of my life. I have spent the last 6 years awakening, it's hard to do when no one around you is going through this and are still very much on the insane level (severe generational trauma, no adults in my life were not affected by this). You have always been the person I most resonate with and I value the manner in which you deliver the info it is so important to those of us that come from very damaged backgrounds because you are kind, give understanding in layman's terms. I love all the gurus but I cannot connect with them and other spiritual teachers are not kind with their students, kindness and humour is very important to keep people walking the path of expansion. You definitely know the truth… Being in a drug induced psychosis was definitely involved in my spiritual awakening… I believe, for me, that there is a fine line between psychosis and spiritual awakening. It took that extreme experience to wake me up again. I have been off drugs for a significant amount of time. I know for a fact that we are all One. God is everything there is. Everything there is-is God. Ty Aaron. You definitely break it down for an easier way to describe the process

When I went through the whole day today alone in a totally foreign country that nobody knows me, I am not lonely or anxious or fear at all, I even forgot who I am, just every moment I went through, this no self, feels like I am only a vehicle experienced by god, I don’t know what life would teach me next, but I am open for whatever it comes, because every day and every moment feel like newborn, how amazing this is

I am studying them now and would love to hear your view on them because some of it can be difficult to understand but holds deep truths

Oh dude! The Batman thing was classic (and hilarious) So true though...I (after watching this video) have to thank you for the pointers. I find myself right on the cusp of 125, I still get slightly triggered by things but very quickly catch myself and say...No, wait there is a lesson here for me to understand...what is it...I ask source for help and most of the time I get it in 24 hours or less. Enjoyed watching your interview with Andre Duqum and hearing about the Essenes. Not so keen on your interpretation of chakras though. Perhaps for higher consciousness but to be whole each chakra works together .. like a mini universe. And consciousness must permeate all.

this entire time Aaron's just been leading us to believe he's batman 😂 I find when a really angering situation happens, it takes sometime to reach a reasonable conclusion, so it might start at the lower chakras but eventually move to the higher ones, can take a few days, depending on how angering the situation seemed at the time, but I feel like we all have moments of anger, but let the reality sink in, in time 🥰
Can you talk more about when we go up and down the chart?
I’m pretty sure I’m at the solar plexus level. But I had experience intense higher states of consciousness for short amount times when I meditate.
The best way I can explain is that I live at the solar plexus state right now, but I sometimes visit higher states of consciousness. Why does that happen? How do we maintain those higher states of being?
Is there anyway to make these higher states last longer?
They usually last between minutes and hours. How do I make them last days or weeks?
I felt pure loving awareness as I was watching myself, my avatar. As if I was filling up the entire space around me. I’ve been having a increase of divine experiences, but they only stay for a short time.
Anything I can do to make them last longer?
Part of me feels like this is weird, and part of me connects with it because I have found it to be true in my life as a observations.
