    Have you consider having a upper body A e B Workout? That way you can start one day with the vertical press and the other with the chest press. Can even add the horizontal pull(like BW row). I have been see better results by having 2 Full body(A/B) where i only perform 1 upper push and 1 upper body pull (compound exercise) in each session(Usually start with the vertical motion) Exe: Full body A: Lat pull down and Chest press for the upper body Full body B: Overheard press and Rows for the upper body.My lower body workout it usually the same(Leg Press, Chair Curl, Calf Raises + i alternate between Hip Abduction/ Adduction)

      Nice. For me for now I’m keeping this the way it is because gains have been on a good trend, would hate to mess that up just for the sake of variety. Of course I will do other exercises in the future but for now I’m going to ride this wave of this routine!
