Prayer to Keep Away Negative Toxic Malicious People.
My dear Heavenly Father, I’m coming to You with a heart that longs Your divine light and protection. Because the world around us is filled with people who thrive on spreading darkness, whether it's through negativity, toxic behavior, or pure malice. So, I humbly ask that You protect me from these individuals, and give me the insight to recognize them. Please keep my heart clean, and my spirit clear of their harmful negative influence.
Indeed, your sacred word clearly guides us in avoiding unhealthy relationships, as confirmed in 1 Corinthians 15:33; "Do not be deceived: 'Evil company corrupts good habits.'" This reminds me, that the people I choose to associate with, can even influence and shape my thoughts, my behavior, and even more, my life.
Almighty Father, please guide me toward those who lift me up, and share my commitment to walking with You. Lead me away from those, who would pull me in the wrong direction. In fact, I’m also reminded of Proverbs 13:20, where it's written; "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed." So, my sweet Lord, I want to be wise. I want to walk in Your truth, and deepen my understanding. Thus, please guide me to good friends, and companions who share your holy values, who want to grow in their faith, and who aim to reflect Your love in all they do.
Please protect me from those, who would lead me down a path that ends in ruin, and destruction. Kindly grant me the strength to stand strong in my beliefs, and faith. Even when faced with criticism, or hostility from toxic negative people. Because I know my identity is found only in You, so I take comfort in the fact that, You are my shelter and protection. Please help me to respond to negativity with love, and patience. While also setting boundaries to keep harmful influences at a distance.
I ask for the divine guidance of Your Mighty Holy Spirit, to help me discern, when toxic influences are infiltrating into my life, and giving me the courage to distance myself, from those who might cause me harm, and help me find peace, among those who support and encourage me. May my life be a reflection of Your goodness, and may my relationships reflect the grace, and love that You have shown to me.
As I move forward, I trust in Your mighty guidance and protection. Because I know You're with me always, leading me toward a brighter future, filled with positive relationships, and supportive connections. Thank You for Your everlasting love, mercy, and for hearing my plea. I pray in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.
