He's the one who made a show about 'sticking it to Russia' and then on a spineless whim he's all-of-a-sudden 'worried about nuclear retaliation' (which I do not buy for a second).
Quite the little weasel isn't he?
The only upside is that governments around the world will become incredibly allergic to doing any truly deep business with him because of such wishy-washy behaviour. (I pray)

Elon Musk on Thursday acknowledged turning off internet access from his Starlink satellites during a Ukrainian raid last year on a Russian naval fleet.
He said he did so to prevent SpaceX from being “complicit in a major act of war and conflict escalation.”
He only turned off access to Starlink over Crimean peninsula. The StarLink over Ukraine wasn't turned off.
Remember when he voluntarily turned on the Starlink over Ukraine.
When he did it he clearly said it's only for defense and communication purpose.
