You know, I never really made the connection before because I'm not a huge Resident Evil fan. But this video really made me see how almost the entire Resident Evil cast (aside from some outliers in there like Ada) are tied together through the RPD station.
I believe the number of views do no justice for your masterpiece. I watch all the way to the end and I totally love Claire ending. I'd be happy to see a sequel to this.
Capcom must make a game spinoff where RPD and Raccoon City are still seeing better days. It will not be about surviving in a deadly environment anymore but more on detective work around the city and knowing more about the key personalities in the RE universe, heroes and villains (and extras) alike. I imagine the game to provide substantial info and a window to never-before-seen sides of certain characters who are already known at that period in time and give hints as to the other characters who are coming in the near future. It will surely be a vastly different take on the franchise but somehow I feel like the avid fans would love to have that for a breath of fresh air. P.S. Thinking about who'd the main character in this possible spinoff be, one option is to have the opportunity to do the game objectives in the lenses of different STARS members as a means of diving deeper into the psyche, family background, abilities and inabilities of each. Another option is to have January Van Sant star in this game since she's into detective work anyways. This way, the game would make such great prequel to the Resident Evil: Resistance as well while probing into the lives of the key characters of the whole franchise.
Maybe an actual prequel set during Umbrella early days on Raccoon City where you play as a detective who goes on to investigate the disappearance of Lisa Trevor and her mom?
Its great to see this posted while Ive been having the idea of getting into 3d animation to do a short series on everyday life in RPD and Raccoon City before the Arklay Incident and show the formation of S.T.A.R.S. However I don't think I can quite compete with this as we have Rickrolling Wesker and Rebecca following and looking at Leon like a lost puppy. This was fantastic
