Ferrara is the brand he is using in this video but you can use any instant espresso/ coffee. For the longest time before i invested in a nespresso machine i used Nescafé freeze dried instant coffee, maxwell house instant coffee, and cafe bustelo instant espresso. But if you use instant coffee instead of instant espresso i recommend adding an extra teaspoon because instant coffee is usually not as concentrated as the instant espresso
