Queen Mary wasnt the biggist ship of its time it was the normandie which had a refit making here larger the Queen Elizebeth was the ship that beat the normandie in size

Queen mary had 81,000+ tons when launched to sea, Normandie had 79,300 I think, Normandie was added tons later and beat Queen Mary by 2,000 tons, 83,000 tons, and in 1940 Normandie was beaten by Queen Elizabeth
