Hello Mam, your videos are knowledgeful. can you make video for High seas sales procedure and benefit.

hello, thank you for your kind comment, I will work on a full video on this topic, but in the meantime, here is some info on the topic:
High seas sales refer to the sale of goods that are in transit on the high seas, i.e., outside the territorial waters of any country. The high seas sales procedure allows the buyer to purchase goods while they are still in transit, before they have reached their final destination. The benefit of high seas sales is that they provide greater flexibility and opportunities for buyers to purchase goods at lower prices and resell them at a higher price once they reach their destination.
The high seas sales procedure involves a series of transactions between the original seller, the buyer, and any intermediaries involved in the transaction. The original seller first sells the goods to an intermediary, who then sells the goods to the buyer while they are in transit on the high seas. The buyer takes possession of the goods once they reach their destination, and can then resell them for a profit.
The main benefit of high seas sales is that they allow buyers to purchase goods at a lower price than they would be able to purchase them for once they have reached their final destination. This is because the goods are still in transit and have not yet been subject to taxes or duties in the destination country. High seas sales also provide greater flexibility for buyers, as they can purchase goods while they are in transit and adjust their plans and strategies accordingly.
Overall, the high seas sales procedure can be a useful tool for buyers and intermediaries to purchase and resell goods while they are in transit on the high seas. However, it is important to carefully consider the risks and legal implications of high seas sales, and to ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

I starting up an ecom store and a challenge that I have is that the 3PLs that I am partnered with does not offer reverse logistics for product returns. I have asked other 3PLs, and they seem to have the same MO. I’m currently thinking that I probably would need to rent a s reverse logistics location to inspect the return and then to send it back to my 3PL for restocking. How would you setup a reverse logistics chain for returns with this type of constraint?

Hey there, and congrats on starting up your e-commerce store! 🎉 Dealing with reverse logistics can indeed be a challenge, especially when your current 3PLs aren't offering that service. Let's brainstorm some solutions together!
Setting up a reverse logistics chain with this constraint might involve a few steps:
Inspecting Returns: Renting a dedicated space for inspecting returns is a smart move. You can check the condition of returned products, assess if they're suitable for restocking, and categorize them accordingly.
Partnering with a Specialized 3PL: Look for 3PL vendors that specifically handle reverse logistics processes. Some 3PLs specialize in managing returns, offering services like inspection, refurbishing, or disposing of returned items. They might be more equipped to handle this aspect efficiently.
Collaborating with Local Services: Consider local services or smaller logistics companies that might offer tailored solutions for reverse logistics on a smaller scale. Sometimes, these providers offer more personalized services.
As for recommended 3PL vendors for reverse logistics, a few notable names in the industry include:
      UPS Supply Chain Solutions
      FedEx Supply Chain
      DHL Supply Chain
      XPO Logistics
      Ryder
Remember, each provider might have different capabilities and areas of expertise in reverse logistics. It's crucial to discuss your specific needs and constraints with them to find the best fit for your e-commerce store.
Keep exploring options, and don't hesitate to negotiate service terms that align with your requirements. Finding the right partner can greatly streamline your returns process and enhance customer satisfaction!
If you need more guidance or have other questions, feel free to reach out. Best of luck with your e-commerce venture! 🚚✨
