Pugs are like potato chips, you can’t have just one😊If you have ever had a Pug you will love them forever. I did Pug rescue for bout 10 years. I had 10 pugs of my own. They were old and health compromised. My favorites are the very seniors.
I've been a pug addict since 2001. Both of my babies are gone now, but I still love them as though they are still with me. They are amazing, and surprisingly healing creatures. Loved this film.

My sister had trouble leaving for the house for almost 2 year, we decided to get her a puggle (pugxbeagle) and it's been the best thing to ever happen in her life :) The pug personality shines through and makes our lives so happy everyday seeing her beautiful face!
Cero the pug helped me when my father died and he gave me honest love and support. ❤️ He is my best friend and my family, although he snores a lot!!! LOL
love this film thanks for making it, my pug mimi saved my life back in 2007 i was at rock bottom and ready to end things, myself and my dad had been to crufts early in that year and i got to see the discover dogs section i saw this guy with this tiny bundle of tan and black in his arms, i went over and asked about it i knew it was a pug and asked about the breed he gave me the puppy to cuddle and i fell in love with the breed instantly and for the first time in a long time i felt happy i found myself smiling i was sad to leave, by November i was at a loss, on the 13th my parents went out and came back late they came back with a tiny fawn 9wk old pug puppy which i named Mimi, i realised then i had a reason to live again, she not only changed my life she saved my life, she's my world, my best friend, my life and i dedicate it to spoiling her and making her happy, she's 8 now and we're so happy together and have so much fun she makes me laugh and smile everyday, since she came into my life i haven't looked back x
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THANK HEAVENS THERE ARE STILL GREAT PEEPS SUCH AS YOURSELF.. THAT WILL GIVE THEM A BETTER LIFE.. I HAVE A 10 MONTH OLD "RESCUE " PUG .. COMPLETELY BLACK & TURNS OUT HE'S ACTUALLY A REAL 🐾 CUDDLER.. 🐶 10+/10 🐕 HE'S ACTUALLY A WEE BIT STUBBORN 🙄 BUT.. JJ'S JUST SO SMART, FUNNY, CUDDLY & PLAYFUL..🐶🐾🐕 & WHAT I ALSO GOT, lol, WAS MY SHADOW.. NO MATTER WHERE I'M GOING.. JJ IS RIGHT BEHIND ME.. HE'S JUST SO ADORABLE.. LUVING & CrAzY.. The good kind of 😜CrAzY! 🤪
Ode To The Pug! The pug/human bond is like no other. Don't let that goofy face, happy disposition, and funloving antics fool you, the Pug is a keenly sensitive, sentient being, with an above average emotional intelligence. This makes them a natural emotional support animal friend. It's what they do best. Pugs were highly prized pets for Chinese royalty, dating back to 700 BC. The Pug's main job was companionship, not to mention excellent guarding qualities. Over the centuries pugs have developed an superior intuitive sense, giving them an ability to respond and connect to their human with deep love and mutual affection. Mutual is a key word here - Pugs love to love! They need connection as much as human's. My dear pug friend, Fiona, is my best friend and companion, and I am hers. She's simply the best!!! Important note: avoid allowing your Pug to become overweight. It was shorten their life by years. Feed them high quality natural foods and they will live a long life. My first Pug lived to be 18 years old.
Nice documentary, i liked the different stories. "No dogs programs allowed because they just go mental at the tv." Haha, i think most of the pug owners know that situation.
Pug owners will run across the street to say HI!! to another pug and its owner :) I still carry around my pugs' dog tags on my keychain. Ernie lived until he was 14. His tag reads "I am loved." Molly lived until she was 12. Her tag reads "I am goofy." Currently, I have Daisy and her tag reads "I am cuckoo." Once you go pug, you never go back. Thank you for this documentary on the greatest dog ever. Looking forward to seeing "PLANET PUG."
It's just the best coming home from work, having 3 seconds to say "Hi" to my wife and my daughter, before our second sunshine Comes tail waggin around the corner, to say "FINALY YOUR HOME!" :-D Best Dog Ever. Just love him. Oh and Survival Rule Nr.1: Never, NEVER kneel when a group of pugs is near you => cuddle to death :-D
I remember the first time I saw a Pug. I was six years old and had recently moved to the suburbs from Chicago proper. One day, I was playing in the driveway with the boy who lived next door. He pointed at a couple walking in the distance and said, "You have to look at this dog's face! It looks like a Gremlin or an Ewok. It's so scary!" I silently asked myself, “A scary dog? Dogs aren’t scary. Or are they?” Cowardice overcame acuity as I meekly put my hands over my eyes and peered out through the spaces between my fingers. The small creature came into focus and I hesitantly looked directly into the black wrinkled face of the beast. I was confused. It was certainly weird looking, but not exactly scary. I needed a closer inspection. After several more encounters with the strange animal, I mustered up enough gumption to approach the couple. I sputtered, “Eh… excuse me, what kind of dog is that?” They replied, “This is a Pug. Her name is Millie and she’s very friendly.” I bent down to pet Millie’s velvety soft ears and delighted in the silly sounds streaming from her smooshed snout. I was smitten. Thirty years later and I am a proud Pug momma. We owners are a strange breed, but this short documentary does an exceptional job of explaining why we feel so passionately about Pugs.
I never bought a pug on cuteness and all that crap my sister owned one and i looked after it when they went on holidays but i fell in love with him so much and just had to have one of my own. So i bought Odie from the pug club and he is my ulitmate friend odie i love him so much!!! I will never live without a pug he is better company than a girlfriend hahahaha!!!
they are the most Amazing creature you will ever have in your life... they are amazing, they are a one person dog but they love everyone. when i explain to ppl that they are a one perosn dog they think of the mean little poodles or the ones that bite but i say NOOOO they will never .. they are soo amazing thats all i can say. but i have converted.... atleast 9 ppl into pug owners
My Dalmatian started having neurological problems - losing his balance. I put him on coconut oil and he pulled out of it. This happened three times and he pulled out of it each time. At one point, the brain was satiated with this good fat and he rarely has to take It not. I'm not saying it will help anything, but please give it a try. I tried it because it is said to, among other things, help dementia in people.
i want a pug puppie for under 1,250 so i've been looking for one for a few weeks in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin if you know a site or a place tell me the place or give me the link Thank You

@@carpe_poon5761I'm glad you mentioned the health issues because our pug suffered b because of wrong breeding. They are costly .
A pug named Thor came running into my life last year and he's been my best friend ever since. This was a great film! #puglife
