Great advice Ahad, the volley also requires a high level of fitness because you're forcing the opponent to move as fast as you are. If they are unable to breathe at 40,000 feet as you can, they will gas. If you've come to play squash don't bother with the volley but if you've come to win, you must volley, cheers.
