Dining at Hokkaido number 1 sushi restaurant with 2 Michelin stars | Sushisai Wakichi

Hi!!! And I finally get to share my first sushi meal of my December 2023 trip. Keke. And yes, my sushi meal is at 2 Michelin stars Sushisai Wakichi! :)
And I ain't blindly saying Sushi Wakichi is Hokkaido's number 1 sushi restaurant. This is based on Tablelog and a reputable foodie forum that I often refer to (www.tokyotabletrip.com/en/348). Though I have to say, my video title has also taken into consideration that Sushi Ikko is no longer in Hokkaido (They are currently in the midst of relocating to Tokyo and is scheduled to open in Q3 2024).
