Piedmont is so killer. I can’t wait to get there again! Love the three sisters! The stabilization on my videos lately has been junk…is your chest mount just insanely tight or am I just that janky of a rider? Either way what a great day you had on the bike, wreck and all, you can’t beat it. Way to clean that section on Rickety Cricket! Dig the music in it too!
Watching this makes me want to hit this on new ride...I've not been here in a few years, maybe 2019 last time I was here? The more I think about canceling my Duluth trip the more I want to go up and just ride it. this is not in my agenda if I do go--No Jumps except a few goofy step-downy-things I think--But its a place on my backup list if Spirit Mt is closed or whatever. Thanks for sharing!!
It is definitely not the trails for everyone. I think I'm punishing myself little riding those trails. When it does go well it is really fun. My next video from there has a bit more jumps and flow. They have a lot of jumps on the sides to hit.
@@BrianVaughn Those side jumpy things are always fun. Yeah I'm having a hard time planning my jump marathon cause there is new stuff and unknown-to-me stuff out there. I had to cut out Giants Ridge again but I'm hoping to hit Spirit Mt on the 4th... and Cuyuna again before or after... will see. Weather permitting of course...
Great video Brian. We rode those trails last July on 5 day MTB trip to Duluth and the North Shore. Definitely challenging compared to anything in the cities. Did you get up to Lutsen and ride the Jackpot trail? If no, you should check it out. I can ride all weekend in Duluth and never hit the same trail twice, but further up the Shore there some great trails.

Thanks Travis! Rickety Cricket and that roll were wins for me. I think I didn't properly warm up for Valley Girls. Finding music has been tough.

Nice! I got a little piedmont riding in myself this weekend. Absolutely stellar conditions.

I haven't gone to those trails yet. I've got a week off in July and am hoping to get up there.
