  • This hack is for those who get blisters on their heels when they go running or walking. You can stop getting blisters with 2 simple steps. First, is to point your toes up when tying your shoe laces. This places your heel back into the heel pocket of your shoe. Second, is to tie a modified heel lock that keeps the top lace around your ankle tight which keeps your heel and foot secured in your shoe. Your heel won't slide up and down and your foot a toes won't slip forward and back.
