Image quality, physical unit quality (buttons), frame rate, screen brightness, electronic safety testing etc. varies enormously from unbranded units and support tends to be non-existent. It really depends how much value people place on those features and quality control processes the units go through.
Respectfully, this does seem any different from all the other digital magnifiers.
There are certainly far less expensive options available.
