Happy new year Caroline! I love your style and your albums. I’ll make one for my son,s wedding pictures (12/31/2022) following your sample. This year I also started to keep a journal but it’s digital but I can see that I can add some of your elements too.. one of my goals is to participate in some challenges, grow my craft, learn some things, do videos, and continue in my crafty journey. Basically you simply share what die cutting you have done. Super easy and I found that I was much more productive in the weeks I participated. It is an open collab like I said and all you need to do is use the hashtag and, as always, link the hosts in your description. It was started as a companion collab to:

#BYK2023 is a collab that my friend Margaret Naab youtube.com/@MargaretNaabDesigns invited me to join. The collab itself is set, but if you'd like to play along, use hashtag #KitzBlitz2023 to show us what you're using and what you made! It is focused on using kits from our stash that we haven't gotten around to (I have waaay too many of those)
Postings are monthly alternating with a quick video showing what the kit is one month, then a quick video of what was made the following month.
Here are the Bi-monthly Prompts:
Jan/Feb Winter or Valentines - Post kit on Jan 15th, post projects on Feb 15th

Postings are short project share videos (10min or less) that are posted on the last day of the each month. It's simple! Just post whatever Christmas makes you created during that month.

So glad to see you back Caroline. Also very glad to hear you are feeling better. Can you tell me what you were using with your water color pencils, the one you used in the water? I absolutely love to watch your channel. Happy New Year.
Hi, Pam.
Thanks so much. I stamped the images with “shadow grey” Archival Ink, then lightly colored the images with watercolor pencils and used a watercolor paintbrush to dip into water and go over the pencil marks to spread and blend the pigments. I then went over everything using a Tombow Fudenosuke brush pen to give some depth and texture to the coloring. And then, to add a little sparkle, I hit the highlights with a white gel pen before going over it with a Spectrum Noir clear crystal pen. I hope that helps.

Wanted to look at the crystal rose painting inspo, but didn't catch the name of her you tube and I don't see a link? Am getting lots of great ideas from this collab. Thank you for sharing your ideas. Just went back and listened again to what you said her name was, and I think I found her. Vividly on paper. I think I subscribed to her during the Halloween collaboration.
