I have a theory on this one. So Rosè got heartbroken and she wants revenge. The line "I'll put a curse on her and you" represents the scenario. But, the revenge became unexpected because she ended up killing them ("Now you're dead and gone"). And then due to conscience or guilt, she got mentally ill, regretting what she had done so she decided to go away or leave ("I've packed my bags and go on")
