He has also remained in Board of Directors of some banks as adviser on Islamic Banking.

Very compromised and misleading answer to indirectly support existing insurance policies which I assume is based on limited knowledge relevant to the topic i.e., financial & Islamic, however better clarified understanding at the end regarding Takaful.

As everyone knows that most of the revenue generated by the banks is coming from sood/riba so how is it halal plus bank promises the person taking the insurance a certain amount of lumpsum at the end of insurance term even if no accident occurs
And also bank is a broker between the person giving the money on sood and the person taking it so the person giving the money on sood is actually responsible and he is the one consuming sood bank is just a broker which of course according to hadith is equally responsible but the main person is the lender which in case of insurance is the person taking the insurance plan he will give it to bank and bank will lend it on sood
The way in which you are giving reason then we can also put our money in the bank and consume sood because we are not directly lending the money to the person in need it is the bank doing that job so what will we say bank is guilty and we are not ?
if we stop putting our money in the banks the banks will stop doing this job the person giving the money to the banks for a very smalll amount of intreset is the one actually the root of this disease

Dr Sb, what about investments in properties. For example if some one buy a plot and then sell that after some time at a higher price. And do this on routine for earning money. Please clarify if this is 100% fine, or it is doubtful, or it is not permitted. Thank you so much.

You first should have knowledge of interest . The only problem with this transaction is that mostly broken lie about properties ,hardly there are honest brokers
