But you dont need to remove any bolt to remove the belt, just remove the belt first from the clutch.

Do you need to remove the deck to replace the pto/blade clutch

Another quicker way we do it in the shop is to first remove the belt using a 1/4 wrench, then the deck stabilizer and finally the drop chains. Takes about 15mins
