Y can't We do the first partition by 0.30, 0.12, 0.08
And 0.25 , 0.15, 0.10 which leads to 0.5 = 0.5 exact partition

You need to sort is descending order first. You cant club 0.30, 0.12, 0.08 !! splitting up or partitions is second step. First step is sorting. Watch video once again to get clear idea.
