Thank you for the content. It is helpful. During your one-man show, do you sometimes use backing tracks or a click track? Any use of a backing track or click track would incorporate the use of an audio or midi track . These would best be played through a DAW so as to add a MIDI control track synced to the audio and or midi click track. The MIDI control track then would send midi messages to control the patches on all pedals on board to change as required by program changes designed by the user.
Thanks for the video! How are you connecting the midi to work on all devices in sync? I understand you have the WIDI on one device but how do you chain it to the other two pedals?
Received mine yesterday. Spent 4 hours just trying to get a light on the damn thing. My phone nor the iPad couldn't find and connect to it. I'm assuming the midi output port doesn't have enough voltage? Any way. I'm just going to give mine away.
yeah. I use 2. One Widi and one Widi THRU6. Ipad connected bluetooth to both of those and a Boss Bluetooth FS. :) as long as you keep your devices on their own midi channels, its all good! :) All commands/info goes to ALL devices.
@@JaredGunstonTV Thanks, I might try that. Is it a pain having to power the WIDi jacks, since the GT Core doesn’t supply power via the trs midi out? At least the Roland’s have their own power.
Hi Jared, thx for an awesome instructional video on using the Widi Jack…just a question…where can I purchase this in South Africa???

Looking forward to the use of your midi control during your one-man performance.
Thanks for the video!

Forgot to mention that I inserted widi master in my Tone shifter midi foot controller. Wasn't able to power the widi master.
Hi, can you use with the us-20 switch? 👍🏻✌🏻
Hi Jared. I am wondering if you were able to use multiple widi devices with the stage traxx

Jared, have you tried the Widi with the GT-1000CORE ?
I’m currently using that exact board with the core.

Nice vid! Hey Jared, which type of midi cable is needed for the Core? Thanks a lot.. Cris
