So, the bee dimension that you mentioned isn't in the forge version of better Minecraft that you're playing, it's in the fabric version. I prefer watching people play forge version because of the bosses but didn't really want you to found out the bee dimension doesn't exist once you're already late into this playthrough so if you want to switch to the fabric version for the bees, I suppose it's still early to do so.
