When it was a gentleman's game back then mate, after WSC which l loved, professionalism in cricket, tennis, golf not as much, soccer everything changed. Sponsors, Logo's, money, changed Sport forever. That's what materialism, money does to things. It takes the love, enjoyment, respect for your opponents & whatever your playing out of it. Still great to watch, maybe better in a athletic way, but the part these sports played as role models for our children is long gone, Federer, Nadel, Messi, Bolt & a few others are the exception 👍

Tendulkar's highest is 248 vs a very weak Bangladesh bowling squad. Tendulkar was a great batsman, no match for the Don. Thanks for your thoughtful comment.
You make an excellent point regarding Mohinder Amarnath. I didn't realise he was so good.
      Wikipedia says,
"Fiery fast bowlers Imran Khan of Pakistan and Malcolm Marshall of West Indies have praised his batsmanship, courage and ability to endure and master pain. Imran regarded Mohinder so highly that in his book 'All Round View' he went on record to say that in the 1982-83 season, Mohinder was quite simply the best batsman in the world."
      and
"In his book 'Idols', Indian legend and compatriot Sunil Gavaskar described Mohinder Amarnath as the finest batsman in the world."
      and
"Mohinder made his first test century at Perth at the WACA (the fastest and bounciest wicket in the world) batting against Jeff Thomson at his fastest. He followed this test century with another 10 more against top class fast bowling."
I saw Greg Chappell hit a century at the WACA, in his first test. Yes, he was good.
I put Botham is there because at one time he was the best batsman and bowler in the world. Then he got injured and his figures suffered.

Sobers was indeed a better batsman than Bradman. Bradman never faced quality bowlers apart from Harold Larwood, and he had great problem facing Larwood. It was the failure of Bradman and his co players to face real fast bowling and thus "Bodyline" had to be born in order to save their ego (think how Bradman would have suffered against the west indian pace attack, Imran, Akram, Waqar, Shoaib in the modern era when bowling at the rib cage area is perfectly legal).
Bradman was the best batsman of his era. But not the greatest of all time. Ask Ian Botham. He will tell you you who the greatest batsman of all time is.

And I have Top 6 Strong Batting Line up so I went with a Specialist Wicket Keeper Alan Knott ahead of Wicket Keeper Batsman Adam Gilchrist who unfortunately Missed out due to I have a Strong top 6 Batting order as well as Strong tail enders too like Warne , Akram and Marshall who all can Bat also. So I went with a Specialist Wicket Keeper with a descent batting record, so I went with Alan Knott.
Then I have a 1 Great All Rounder Sir Garfield Sobers who is the Great Left Handed Batsman and can bowl three different variations Bowling and 1 Great Spinner Shane Warne So he would have a Great Right hand - Left Hand and Leg Spin / Off Spin Combinations with Gary Sobers.
