- Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has emphasised many times that for the Kali Yuga (Iron Age) the best sadhana is chanting and contemplation of God's name (Namasmarana). There is no place or time for it and it is recommended for everyone, without exception. The name of the Lord has worked wonders and miracles in the Sathya Yuga, Treta Yuga and Dwapara Yuga too but it is the easiest magnet for miracles in the Kali Yuga.
The name of God is the secret to cross the ocean of worldly existence and it is the apt replacement for the form of God too!
This Satsang was delivered at the Jal Vayu Vihar Samithi in Bangalore on November 1, 2023 and is filled with many stories and anecdotes.

Aravind , 4 nights ago I was talking to a friend of mine at his door and the conversation ended with me saying 'well I dont fear anything as Baba is always there and in control of everything at all times'.And my friend agreed as I walked off.Within a minute or so I called my cousin on his phone who was driving in central london and the same conversation started where again I said 'well I dont fear anything as Baba is always there and in control of everything at all times', My cousin who suddenly replies , you are not going to believe this and says, 'a van just overtook my car soon as you said those lines and on that van its got the Sarva Dharma symbol on it with Love All Serve all ect ' .
He took the picture (I can send you it by email) and sent it. Of course the even though im aware of his omnipresence and his miracles but even i was gobsmacked again for the millionth time . The next day I showed the pic to the same friend I first said the lines to and even he was like 'wow' So yes hes everywhere at all times .....
Very TRUE,when my second daughter had her kidney transplant at her 10th year she said she saw Swami though she was in Ansesthesia .She lived for Swami and she reached Swami's feet when she was 11 .She had kidney failure and all our earning where spent for her transplant ,as that was our duty And she died in jiffy may be like you said the souls work as my kid and in that body was over.Sai ram
Yes! The body is young but the soul is an ancient one. It is however a tough event to face in life and it is admirable the way you have faced it. Swami is always with you! Sairam

My understanding of OM SAI RAM is:
OM represents the non dual consciousness itself
SAI represents the feminine principle
RAM represents the masculine principle
This is how creation happened from Brahman to Adi Parashakti and then Brahma , Vishnu Mahesh
Swami is embodiment of both the feminine and masculine principles (SAI RAM)
The symbol of this mantra is a dot, a downward triangle (Shakti) and a upward triangle (Shiva)
Thus OM SAI RAM denotes the entire cosmos as a play of Shiva Shakti
Omsrisairam omsrisairam omsrisairam omsrisairam omsrisairam
Nectar in words and the soothing medicine, dear Arvind. Seek more and more.

Sai Ram Dear Saibandhu Aravind. Such a superb Sathsangh..Many many decades back, when I was in High School, one great Haridaasa conducted Harikatha in a Temple daily evening for one and half to 2 Hrs for one full month. Harikatha means ( Hari= God, Katha = episode ) Haridaasa menas ( Hari = God, Daasa = Servant, servant of God.).The Haridaasa did Harikatha on topic " Sampoorna Raamayana " Hundreds of people attended daily for 1 month. I also attended along with my Parents. His Harikatha narration was mind blowing. It was embedded with devotional songs, wisdomful sentences, Shlokas, sub plots etc. I listened in rapt attention and it was breathtaking and hair raising. I always remember those beautiful days because the way Haridaasa narrated Raamayana , it created lot of devotion in me.. I am going through similar experiences listening to the narration by you on the amazing experiences with Swami coupled with utmost devotion to Swami..

Thank you, Brother Aravind, for always reminding us how to strive for bliss and for true happiness, which is union with God.
It is so important to be thinking of God, but when the body is not healthy, it does become a challenge and interferes with our focus on the Lord. Currently, I find myself in this situation......where I'm constantly thinking about my😮o arthritic pain, unable to pray or attend bhajans.
The only thing that keeps me going is the weekly homelessness seva I engage in.
Every discourse I hear, I recall the same messages over and over again, and I get inspired by them. Currently I'm enjoying my Namasmarana in the swimming pools, while doing aqua exercises to help with my arthritic joint pain. It is an empowering feeling when I chant "AUM SRI SAI RAM" while walking laps in the water. It helps my breath as well.

My father aged 82 passed away last month due to Covid 19.
Though his lungs had phlegm( kapha) and he had severe pain in his throat and body pain yet he could recite OM SAI RAM several times.
I also told him to recite OM SAI RAM mentally too.
Then his heart stopped.
He didnt suffer respiratory failure as his heart stopped before he could suffer more.

In my past career as a coach, used the Wheel of Life as the guide for myself and others.
The Wheel of Life consists of 8 areas of Life. Inner - Spiritual, Physical, Mental and Emotions.
Outer - Family, Financial, Career and Social.
It used to be, for me, to balance these 8 areas a goal worth the highest price. Meaning one should strive for that ideal in Life.
Only Swami's grace helped me to realize recently that the Spiritual aspect is everything. As Swami often pointed out, and i now realize His Truth, His creation might attract, But having God is everything.
