For beginners. No stable. No understable. No hyzer. Just say "disc goes in basket". Everything else, confusing and superfluous. Fun. Name of game!
You have become such a good teacher, i took my girlfriend like 10 times, and she still havent improved as much as Frida did in 1 round. Either she is a Natural or you are a great teacher. I think abit of both.

Such a fun video. My wife recently started playing with me. She loves it, but after playing for 20 years, I forget how unnatural some of the body mechanics feel to someone who's never thrown.
