You just prevented me from returning the Q990C. Thank you so much, I bought it open box at a Best Buy outlet, and it came with no manual, I use bluetooth only connecting to my PS5 with a Creative BT-W5 audio bluetooth USB-C connected on the front of the PS5 and my TV is LG 4K 70" and has a broken optical and no hdmi arc. I followed your instructions, and it worked. Thank you so much.

Hello! I have a q800a soundbar and 9500s rear speaker. The new 1011.1 fw turned off the center speaker in adaptive mode... how can i downgrade 1009.2?

They should connect automatically if they come in the same box - they'll are paired are the factory!

I have done múltiple resets and the problem persists with the rear left speaker.

I returned the 990b, and just received the 990c today. I never found a solution to the left rear speaker issue of the 990b. Bestbuy totaltech is worth it in situations like this.
