Was at this race , was sitting in the grandstand about 3/4 's down the Lakeshore Blvd straightaway ....... we got soaked ...... but we did not care .....this was 5th race I attended there since it started ....I have been to 16 of these races there now .............
The wet race in 1990 is many Toronto, Mid Ohio, the Practice of Indy 500, and the same day Rich Vogler is dead in a Midget race, four days before is 40th birthday and after to fail to qualify in Indy 500, two months before.
