Indian companies never care about COSTUMER SERVICES be it Ola Tata flipkart. Then they will cry that Indian don't support Indian companies.
I had ordered a Samsung SSD but received some old and used one thankfully I was able to replace it. I still use Flipkart but not for very expensive products.
THAT'S WHY I PREFER AMAZON......THEY CALL UNDER 20 SECS ......AND REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IN 1 TO 9 DAYS 😂

@@tanavsehgal i had bad experience. I order two mics for 200 rs but they didn't work and i tried to request a refund or replacement but amazon didn't help me. I tried calling, requesting but they didn't respond. Also an internal amazon delievery scam also took place where 3 of my 1000rs + orders got automatically refunded after i recieved them. This removed the option of any replacement or refund for me. Due to thede poor experiences, i have stopped ordering from them. Now i only order from shopsy, flipkart and meesho.
Once you face amazon bad experience you will regret saying this
I have worked as customer care for Flipkart and its really bad, we as agents on call don't even have much power to do anything, we can raise returns and update about status but its upto higher ups what they want to do, I have seen so many people who have pending money, products for months and aren't getting any closure....this whole job made me feel so much guilt that I left the job.
So sorry to hear that you ended up working for such a terrible company.
They have no power at all I ordered moto buds and when it reached my nearest hub i thought the next day i will get my delivery but day after day i waited for 6 days . 6 freaking days then they delivered the product never going to purchase anything from Flipkart

@@realjeetishere As an Amazon CSA I've seen a lot of incidents where technicians do not visit (from smartphone to large appliance) & customers need to wait for long time. Internal teams do not update the tickets in time, resulting delay in concession.
Lack of OTP based delivery for a lot of expensive items.
For seller fulfilled COD orders there's a lot of instance that seller issue refund as phyaical cheque instead of Amazon pay balance/bank account refund. Cheque delivery time- 2 weeks from issuance. Then if you want we can cancel the cheque and issue the refund to your bank/apay balance. But the cheque cancellation timeline then will be 10 business days. (So you can understand for such cases how much annoying it is).
For normal refund on return- You might get refund almost instantly after the pickup confirms. But it can take upto (pickup date+13 days) as well. Within that agents cannot issue any refund (we literally do not get any option now). And the worst part is these things aren't mentioned in website.
But, there's one plus point in Amazon that if your account has a good concession history there's a big chance that your issue related to concession will be resolved quickly (still 'quick' means atleast 2 weeks. Can vary depending on scenario)

Return was not available... so I tried to contact them but only AI responded my calls & always repeated same thing that it's not returnable... this was my 3rd this type of experience with flipkart in my 4 purchases I made with them... so I filed case and they hired laywer who wite in reply that me as a customer is lying to defame flipkart & Flipkart is not responsible for anything which is sold on their website... I didn't hv to time to put into this matter so i stopped... but this mentality of flipkart is really concerning... I hv deleted app and always tru to tell ppl to stay away from them

I worked as customer care in Flipkart for around 2 months before eventually leaving. But in the two months I did work there, cases like these were way too common for a brand that is supposed to be this big and a direct competitor to Amazon. People not getting their products, not getting replacements or refunds, being stalled out for 5-6 months. I saw it all. And all I could do was tell them that we'd be escalating it accordingly without any favorable outcome for the customer. After seeing all this I made sure my family would never buy anything off Flipkart again.
Indian company hai that's it !! Inke liye moral ethics last me aata hai customer jaaye bhaad me bhale hi laakho complaints pending padi hai inhe kabhi nhi sudhrna hai same goes with MakeMyTrip goibibo they are scammers too

Thanks Shivam for highlighting this issue. Flipkart should be avoided when ordering anything. I ordered a prepaid PS5. The product was falsely marked as delivered, even though I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they were unhelpful and kept delaying the resolution. After escalating on various forums, Flipkart finally admitted their mistake and delivered the product after several days. I even sent them a legal notice, but they ignored it completely. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and showed how unreliable Flipkart can be.
i filed consumer case against flipkart and they hired lawyer who wrote in reply that Flipkart is not responsible for anything sold on their website and me (customer) is trying to defame flipkart by lying.. i hv deleted the app.. I hv my case on reddit

Main Flipkart par 4+ saal se products bech raha hoon, aur Flipkart ke apne seller accounts hain jahan woh fast-moving products khud kharidte aur bechte hain. Flipkart seedhe brands se bulk mein saman kharidta hai ek fixed price par, jo ki non-negotiable hoti hai. Brands ko ismein koi problem nahi hoti kyunki unhe apna payment upfront mil jata hai. Ab kyunki Flipkart ka apna seller account hai, unhe commission dene ki zarurat nahi hoti, jo dusre sellers ko Flipkart par bechne ke liye dena padta hai. Wahi commission woh discount ke form mein customers ko dete hain, aur isi tarah Big Billion Days deals kaam karti hain.
Ab Flipkart ki zimmedari hoti hai ki woh issue solve kare, device accept kare aur brand ke paas wapas le jaye, jahan se replacement diya ja sake.
Aur sirf customers hi nahi, balki sellers bhi inki dark practices ka shikar ho rahe hain, lekin yeh baat kisi aur din ke liye rakhenge…

Aapki story sunne ke baad mujhe lagta hai ki Flipkart khud is device ka inventory hold kar raha tha aur BBD par becha (jo aapke paas hai). Isi wajah se woh aapka return case itna lamba kheench rahe hain.
Agar yeh device kisi hum jaise seller ke paas se aaya hota, toh Flipkart return initiate karke seller ko de deta. Kyunki woh inventory hold nahi karte, toh unko pata nahi hoga ki laptop vakai sahi condition mein bheja hai seller ne ya nahi…

These big brands like Flipkart only care about selling products but not after sales service. I remember Flipkart used to be so good but now as it getting bigger it's becoming a trash day by day. This applies to almost all big brands.

@@mainakmitra4764 We’re mainly talking about customer service here - how a platform handles situations like receiving a defective/used graphics card or other products. As shown in the video, Flipkart is blatantly misleading the customer. This kind of thing happens with Amazon too, just check their social media posts, and you’ll see similar complaints. That said, Amazon’s customer support seems slightly better than Flipkart’s.

I used to work as a customer service associate for the Flipkart process, and I can confirm that these issues were very common with Flipkart customers and whenever any customer used to come with issues like these, all we were told to do is "apologise, empathise" and escalate the issue and give them a new TAT. Kabhi kabhi toh mujhe bhi bura lagta tha inn customers ke liye.

Please tell what can i do

@@normalstranger6482 i also have to buy a graphics card (Rx 6600). online it's costing me around 19500 but i prefer buying offline. My town is small so the shopkeepers provide such expensive products after ordering from nearby cities. I am going to a nearby big city next week so i ll buy it there myself even if cost 1-2k extra. Shopkeepers provide better after sales service than online platforms
A old guy I knew in my coaching works in Flipkart right now as a delivery guy. Once he told me he did Hera feri somewhere around a lakh rupees of gadgets in 3 years while working in Flipkart. He gets caught a lot in the Flipkart hub but the managers of that Flipkart hub does the same, forget about firing him.

Yes, flipkart did same to me when I ordered an iphone. It was stuck at final delivery station for 15 days because the delivery guy was on leave. Customer care is absolutely useless and had to sort it out with delivery guy directly!!

Bhai mere friend ke saath bhi locha hua tha Flipkart se. Usne ps5 slim order kara tha and jis din delivery honi thi uss din usse Pata chala ki ps5 delivery boy ne chori karliya hai. Usne complaint daali and 3 din baad reply Diya unhone. Unhone kaha ki aapko new piece deliver kardege toh usne kaha ok. Unhone delivery boy ko toh pakad liya par ps5 deliver nahi kara. 15 din tak daily puchha tab jaakar bhejwaya unhone. Pls stop shopping from Flipkart....

I recently ordered a handheld gaming PC from Flipkart with an exchange offer. It seemed like a great deal, especially since Flipkart explicitly mentioned during the exchange process that they would accept the old device even if the screen was damaged.
However, when the delivery agent arrived, they refused to pick up the exchange item, citing a black spot on the screen as the reason. Despite spending nearly 4 hours speaking with Flipkart's customer support, I ultimately had to cancel the order.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. Flipkart not only failed to honor their own terms but also changed their statements and policies on the fly. Yet another example of poor customer support. Extremely disappointing!

I purchased a Lenovo LOQ laptop on 16th November from Flipkart, with 16GB RAM and RTX 3050. However, I received the wrong product-24GB RAM with a defective WiFi chip. Flipkart initially gave me a resolution date of 23rd November, but nothing happened by then. They extended the date to 29th November, and only after that did a technician visit. Finally, on 2nd December, my defective product was approved for replacement, and I received the replacement on 8th December.
But guess what? The replacement was also defective! The touchpad wasn’t working, and the NVIDIA RTX 3050 wasn’t even showing up. When I contacted Lenovo customer care, they failed to provide any resolution. Now that I’ve returned the product, Flipkart is showing a resolution date of 27th December.
Flipkart’s policies are terrible. I can’t even express how frustrating this experience has been.

I personally use amazon for everything. Once i ordered a joystick from amazon and it didn’t come with dongle when i sent the video proof they instantly sent another one and even told me to keep the first one, same with a gaming mouse, the mouse stopped working after 5 months (it was under 6 months warranty) they sent a brand new mouse on sending proof. I can never get this kind of service from flipkart, my friend worked in the Flipkart CS team and would get literal abuses from frustrated customers.
Flipkart is not the same when it started, never bought anything from Flipkart since last 4 years...Not trustworthy

I bought my iPhone 15 on 15 Oct for 53k. Flipkart didn't deliver it for 10 days. The day when iPhone 15's price went up to 65k, Flipkart's team called me and tried to cancel my delivery. I had to be very persistent to get my phone otherwise it would have been a sales scam.

Tbh maine Flipkart se rog ke device mangva rekhe hai 1Lakh tak ke as such koi problem ni aai aaj tak haan but is cheez se mai agree kerta hu ki ye log open box dilivery ke name per sirf physical damage dekhne dete hai koi device start kerne nahi deta aur in case kuch ooper niche ho jaye to refund/replacement ka system bahut he jada slow hai. Amazone ne bahut bar same day refund kia hai mujhe jab koi duplicate product ya kuch alag he aa jaye but Flipkart ni kerta itna jaldi aur most cases mai kuch bhi ni kerta.
What i wanted to say is ki products to same he hai baki sites per aur yaha per but survice bahut he jada slow hai making it so bad ..

Yesterday I was unboxing a package received from Flipkart while watching this video and noticed I received 5 items instead of 6.
I never trusted Flipkart due to incidents happened with me in the past, raised a complaint immediately hoping that nothing is gonna happen, it’s Flipkart right.
But today morning I woke up to see they have refunded the amount in my bank account without even picking it up!! Never believed this type of customer service could be possible from Flipkart.

Same happened with me, My father gifted me a laptop ( lenovo Ideapad gaming) Even Venom bhaiya reviewed it and And I told my father that this is a good laptop, We should buy it, After this flipkart delivered it and It was the same open box delivery that guy got in the video, I started the laptop and there was no screen but it just booted up and no display came, I called lenovo helpline and they helped and display came and after 1 day, It again happened, Then we complained flipkart, There delivery boy came and took laptop and said it would be replaced, it's been 1 year there is no refund and no replace,It was so precious for me and flipkart just broke my emotions, Never buy a product from flipkart

Amazon is in the same boat this happened with me in amazon also , I got a headphone of 10k headphone in 6k but i got a used headphone so i asked for replacement and refund option was not even available in the page only replacement option but after they said that we can’t give you replacement and they gave me refund instead but till then the price of headphone went again to 10k .

I had ordered two PS5 discs from flipkart, both were fake. The Seller had 4.7/5 star rating on flipkart.
They had just sent me a fake empty disc with a sticker on top, looking very close to the original.
I think I got my refund after a month, even after I am a flipkart VIP customer.
I reported the seller and gave 1 star review to the product, yet my review isnt showing on flipkart and I don't think flipkart has taken any action on them as well.
I had a very similar experience. In my case, I had ordered The Last of Us Part II when it was released back in 2020. First, the delivery was late. Second, when I opened the product, it was a 1 tiny page of paper with a fake steam code on it. It was as if the seller didn't know how to scam properly even. Never got any refund or replacement after fighting for 1 month, shifted to Amazon entirely.
i am a seller bro ....Sellers never do this ,this is done by delivery boy.....Seller have to pay around 180rs per customer return so why someone sell fake things.....

1:05 I had also same experience from amazon but they handle it perfect , when i had order a phone for my friend from amazon then they had said me a delivery date of after 2 day or irder but they had not dilivey on time even they hd not deliver in week but when i call to amazon then they said that your order is cancelled for low stock but after one day the deliver me phone and i had done cod so i pay cash and take parcel but they call me after some hr and said that this phone is not for you sorry for the inconvenience and they repay me my money and said that we will take your phone in 2 days but after two days they said that we are not taking the phone and even we are giving it for free because the mistake is from there side
