This was wonderful: I’m extremely interested in putting Hegel and Heidegger in dialogue, and you did just that. I’m looking forward to reviewing the other videos on Hegel posted recently, and, as always, I’m grateful for the work being done here. It matters.

just wow, incredible... finally the germans are taking once again on the task of philosophy. I'm really happy for the fact that people like you and Hans-Georg Meuller (AKA Carefree Wanderer) are making serious content despite the political instrumentalisation made by sophists for political purposes, some of whom getting millions of views per video.

Thank you! The pest of Sophistry is at once also the goad that spurs on truth and thinking

Something that would be interesting discuss is this in relation to Hegel's philosophy of revealed religion. Death as an unactualisable possibility, is arguably the Christian position, given Christ's triumph over death

I think that Death is The Limit Situation: a day, a year gives meaning to experience and are limit situations. I believe what makes death more than mere possibility is mineness: when we celebrate our birthday, we know they are limited and they(birthdays) depend on where we are at that point, to how many more we can have.
Of course this is ontic, but Dasein is ontic-ontological.

yes, there is no reality, there are just different ways at which we may approach reality and some de facto ways our civilization addresses/defines reality, which are narrow and false, but exert a lot of force in belief and systems of activity, etc. we ultimately have to reflect on how we want to relate to naturalism or 'how the way things are' and how much we want to create systems based on our scientific models, that create interesting things, but often unstable and posing new uncertainties and risks for humanity. and in a sense, where and how we choose to look, new things will be revealed, but ultimately one then has to ask how they relate to the experience of being human.

yes, if we humans (subjects) are bearers for the ground of objectivity, with all our 'underlying' issues and qualities even unknown to ourselves, and already comprised in the transjective process of realizing our own being, then how could there be a determination of any objective qualification or explicit determination of reality. so we cannot be bearers for any theoretical 'objective' reality ... it's worse than even the phenomenal-noumenal distinction, it's more adulterated/baseless
