i got the totem from 50k bubles and 10k emeralds, i had the totem from the turtles event not claimed and i also have a dark totem unclaimed so i had only 3x water and 1x fire totems and they gave me the totem which ended up earth totem. now im thinking in claiming the turtles totem into a 4th water totem because i already have almost all and im not interested in light totem right now. with 4* water maybe i will be making fast 6* and then i can claim for 200k emerals...
I got the raid ticket and i leveled up from 94 to 127 crazy im so happy :) (r.i.p my 90k energy) :( edit : i have level 128 and lost 7k energy... edit 2 : level 130🎉 joined my favorite guild who is top 1 now (and lost another 20k energy):(

Moi contacted them when the bug happened on the day itself and kept sending support tickets to keep up the pressure... 'really sorry about the company being unfair...
I got a totem, I picked 10k emeralds 250 tupertitan chest and totem. When I opened it I got fire totem. Kind of unfortunate because I wanted water that's my main. But I cant complain I got the totem.

You should have asked for totem and 10K emeralds to drastically increase your chances of getting the ticket.

It does not expire. And the game asks you for three possibilities and grants you one of the three you chose;-)
Also, rule of thumb is that whoever chose the golden ticket as one of the choices, they get the golden ticket.
