  • In this video, I will be lightening my dark roots to platinum blonde using a NEW technology called Albage, this is NOT BLEACH but acts just the same as bleach with its lightening power! This new product is called Albage Platinum Programming and I put it to the test on my scalp retouch blonde! This lightens your hair with minimal damage, and it heals your hair as it's lightening! I am so excited to continue to use this product, let me know in the comments if you're going to try it out!

As someone who’s been using Albage for well over a year now I can honestly say it’s been the biggest game changer of my career! My clients would NEVER let me go back to using traditional lightener ever again nor would I ever! Looks amazing Laura!! Great job!!!

I’m looking everywhere, I can’t find any ingredient lists or anything scientifically saying how it lightens hair without bleach. Does anyone know the answer? I ordered to try it but i think its a bit weird that even on their own site they don’t explain much other than “quantum science”

Update, it literally has the same ingredients as my other bleaches. So it is bleach

I’ve been using the Albage for about 6 months at my salon now! If you have any questions I’ve got you- I did a conference call a while back with the brand to learn about how to use and mix it properly. It definitely can be used the same as traditional bleach in most circumstances (I use it for highlights and balayage) but has to be mixed and applied a little differently. It oxidizes IMMEDIATELY after mixing so you have to work with a little bowl at a time

The whipped cream consistency when it turns white means it’s no longer as “active” or as powerful

@@WholyHair it’s actually so beautiful when balayaging brunettes too, because it doesn’t leave that orangey brittle look. Just clean neutral lift

I love the smell of dirt. Lol I’m so glad companies are updating their formulas. It took them long enough. My scalp rejects most chemical dyes now. I found a few lines I can use sparingly. One is alfaparf naturals.

Did u ever try the 20 volume to beat the damaging ?
Can u please tell me -if one dries there hair in other directions when it’s freshly bleach …😢will it be forever crazy like it dried. Cause I did not know that this was a thing and I asked my stylist to blow dry for volume. She obliged and didn’t not share this tip with me. And now my hair is sitting terribly and unnatural. Will it ALWAYS BE THIS WAY????? Or how can I get it back to my hair ? After next bleach session?

There’s a 107D whitening toothpaste too but we all need a Japanese contact to get hands on it as the company cannot ship it out of Japan. But private person can. So y’all let me know who has a Japanese contact as I’d like a CASE of that toothpaste!!! It’s $27 a tube on Japanese local websites it has to be EPIC!!
I’ve been stalking the Japanese folk reviewing Lumielina products, translating comments to English, I’ll find a way to get Every Single Thing they produce. Give it to me as I WILL go to Tokyo to get it myself oh yes. With sushi on the side thanks 😌

I’m Japanese living in Japan. American and other non-Japanese whitening toothpaste is normally so much better than Japanese products because of our too strict regulations on ingredients. (Not only toothpaste, most of our cosmetics or medicines are made to be super safe, hence not necessarily effective) Therefore a lot of Japanese travellers buy American toothpaste when abroad.
Talking about that specific company and toothpaste, they’re known for quality hair irons, but toothpaste has only a small number of reviews and most of them say that it just smells nice and makes their teeth smooth. I found zero comment saying it whitens teeth… I personally prefer to use American teeth whitening items.
