WHY MADRID?
Well, why not?! Ha! Actually, recently SammyB and I got the opportunity to travel to Italy and Spain. I was honestly really nervous about the trip for many reasons, one of them being that I hadn’t travelled in awhile so I had anxiety about staying healthy and getting enough sleep (especially without weed lol). I never used to be like that, I used to be proud of myself for being a great traveller and being able to go with the flow. It’s a strength I forgot about and was afraid that maybe I lost it.
I told myself that at some point on our 10 day excursion I wanted to sing in a public space for a little exposure therapy because I haven’t been performing for people lately. It used to be my favorite part of being an artist and it felt like another thing that I had lost. Being able to sing this song at Palacio De Cristal with strangers staring at me was another way for me to remind myself of who I am, what I’m capable of and that just because sometimes I feel lost, doesn’t mean I can’t find myself again and again. - Розваги
