Bloodywood is the band we all needed when we were being bullied as children. I can relate so much to that being undiagnosed with autism until adulthood. I was seen as the “weird kid,” and laughed at by my peers relentlessly. Seeing something like this would have at least made me feel a little less alone. Kids can be so cruel. I pray my girls never have to endure the extent of the bullying I did as a child or worse, what a lot of others have experienced. I have really come to appreciate Bloodywood not only for their musical talent but their activism, especially in light of the fact that in their traditional culture a lot of the issues they speak on are taboo. There’s something to be said for breaking the cycle and these guys are a prime example of that.
The weather is finally starting to turn around here in Minnesota. I hope that means the germs will start to decrease and people will stop spreading crap around. We are dealing with some bad cabin fever and need to do things out of these four walls!

I’m sorry you had to go through that BS when you were a child. Granny Haze’s granddaughter is very high spectrum and a completely delightful little girl. People REALLY need to analyze before they criticize & realize the harm that they are doing. What a world we live in today. Bloodywood are phenomenal on trying to awareness to so many social issues. Bless them all.

im extremely close to someone who has been in an incredibly abusive relationship for 19 years im trying to get them to dump this person and be with me and they do want to but they have so much fear and also financially stuck to this piece of garbage its a daily thing pretty much with them they are such an amazingly beautiful person and i love them so much it really does hurt that they have to deal with that piece of garbage treating them like crap all the time this so called person loses something and goes straight to blaming them for it because he is too lazy to look properly and screams and shouts at them all the time and is incredibly toxic and manipulative and even controlling to a point i want so much to get them away from that for good and this song in particular made me think of all of that i know im not much but i would treat them so much better
Thereza……in ANY relationship whether it’s between couples, friends, parents & children, etc. there’s really no victims…..just volunteers. Think about it. As long as YOU personally allow a person to treat you badly you’ve got nobody to blame but YOU. Hopefully your friend will see that and put themselves into a much better environment.
