FAND- Football Association of Noklak District was formed in the year 2020 Under the Presidentship of Shri. Okie under the motto: "Honor and Excellence". FAND participated this year for the first time as a district but unfortunately due to the surge of second wave of Covid-19, the tournament was cancelled by the organising committee. Hopefully FAND team will join stronger in the next tournament.
