    thanks for the video! Do you believe it was worth it? Has the printing speed increased a lot?

      It was a total game changer for me! I cannot achieve a good first layer with ABL and Sonic Pad solved it easily. For speed I didn't push it yet, but printed easily at 200mm/s. Now I'm installing the High Flow Kit, stay tuned for it 🤗

    Hey thanks so much for the video! If you don't mind me asking, how do I tell which processor I have so I know which version to select?

      Hey! I had the same doubt, theorically you need to open your printer to check the motherboard, I didn't do it because I need to do a pending comission. On the Cr-10 Smart Pro, the most common is STM32F103, didn't know what could happen if you choose the incorrect one 😅

    Hey, can you make a video comparison between before the upgrade and after, also what are the best sources for the sonic pad and the high flow kit 😊😊😊

      I will try to look for videos before installing the Sonic Pad and see what I can find to try to compare. I'm also waiting to do speed tests with the High Flow Kit! I got the Sonic Pad and High Flow Kit with the rewards as a designer on Creality Cloud, but usually when I need spares and parts I buy from 3DJake, Aliexpress or Amazon.

      @@Frikarte3D thank you, you are the best. And the link for the high flow hot end is not available anymore i found one on another website, I just wanted to make sure you know that.

    My sonic pad didn't come with usb to usb to fit in printer. Only came with usb to micro or c. How did you connect them? Use your own wire?

    • @Frikarte3D
      @Frikarte3D  Рік тому +2

      What connector does your printer have? My printer has Type C. Replaced the original one with an Android data cable to avoid adapters

      @@Frikarte3D Ah. I see. I had to open my printer up and switch a connector around and plug a usb micro from the main board directly into the sonic pad. There's a UA-cam video on how to do this for anyone else having same issue.

      @@sirvz What printer do you have? Creality launched a serial connector to fit on any printer, maybe you can go for that.

    "open the printer" ?

    • @Frikarte3D
      @Frikarte3D  Рік тому

      Yes, you must unscrew the bottom plate to know what's your motherboard version. The most common is STM32F103 i didn't opened it and it works like a charm.

      @@Frikarte3D I opened mine and yes, it is a STM32F103. Would have been a bit better to show that part, but still a decent how to. Thanks for posting this.
