Should you major in chemical engineering, chemistry, or environmental science for sustainability?

I'm Darren Lipomi, professor and chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Rochester. A lot of high school and community college students are interested in majoring in something related to sustainability. If this is you, and you also like chemistry, math, and physics, I'd offer that chemical engineering may be the best option for you.
