Digitizing the Naturalis collection

How do you include 37 million insects, animals and plants in the digital world? And what can you do with this information? Watch this video and see how Naturalis Biodiversity Center gets this job done. In the near future scientists around the world will be able to check if a particular species of bees is part of the collection of Naturalis. Also, a farmer can see which bees will contribute to producing his harvest.
Soon, this will be our daily work. This way, Naturalis will contribute even more efficiently to the worldwide knowledge of biodiversity.
