I really don't understand why you spam red rot. There's already total domination, why spam things obtained through a save bug.

There is no save bug that I know of, what do you mean?
Unless you mean the crimson bubble tear, that causes me to have a red dot in the center of my character. If so, that's a tear for the Flask of wondrous physick which you can use once per invasion, until your character dies, or you rest at a site of grace. If that's what you mean, that isn't a bug, that's just a game mechanic.
