In our quest for seeking out a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle, we made a plan that includes zero waste living, tiny home living and full-time travel. We considered buying an RV, looked at trailers and airstreams but settled on doing a bus conversion for our off-the-grid, tiny house on wheels. We bought a 1996 MCI 102 D3 coach bus and with the Bus Demolition and Interior Shell complete, we turned it into our Tiny Home on Wheels and are now traveling!
Some links are affiliate links and at no cost to you we may get a small commission that will help us cover the cost of travel.

Look at the Texas Coast. Starting around Crystal beach south to Port Aransas. You can park directly on the beach in a lot of places and there is usually a 2 week stay limit
Bisbee Arizona is a beautiful area. Elevation, trees, and historic.
Thank goodness for mom and Dad’s free washing machine and dryer!
I have an rv as well and would use the Bluetti for many of the things you used it for. Love it. Glad your coming to Texas. Be sure and visit the hill country.
Hi to both of you and I hope you both enjoyed your trip to South Africa, I live in Florida and to be honest the hurricanes here aren't so bad if you stay inland and not near the coastlines where thy can be destructive inland is just a bunch of rain and squalls of winds but not as bad as the coastlines where winds can be a wee bit harsh.
Whatever you decide hope it's a good one,I live right in the middle of the state and look into the Ocala national park as they do have places where you can camp for free!.
I have enjoyed your travels this past year an I am looking forward to your plan for next year.❤
Yay, thank you!
New to your channel while researching AC70. Love your conversion! The AC70 would be my first power station, for emergency and weekend use at first, then when I buy my van will be used for full time travel.
Great video
Excellent video guys!! I look forward to watch how you continue as always to rehabitate your lives in a thoughtful manner! Hurricanes are a concern for sure. Tornado Alley over thru KY and eastward in the spring was scarier for me. Not as much heads up as a hurricane. Be well!!🤗
I would use the bluetti to help my mom with her health keeping up and running when power goes out to may sure she is OK
I just did a deep clean on my rig, too! It felt great to get it all done! I really wish Nashville was in your forecast. That Bluetti looks amazing!!! Glad y'all found a winter spot. I don't know my route home to TN yet, but I'll reach out when I'm on the way through Texas! Hope to see y'all down the road again!
Living in Southeast Texas with an occasional tropical storm, hurricane and a freeze, it is good to have backup power.
Keep things going during a power outage. BTW if ever in South Dakota again come to Custer State Park and look at the Lodges, lots of history!!
Hi Mela, Don,Pizzicato and Mr SweetFace ,the view is beautiful ,the color of the leaves are amazing, perfect time to clean the home is empty, you wouldn't have to be moving things around ,enjoy the rest of your stay there and good luck on your next adventure
Thank you so much 🤗
You should go where you went last year the RV Camp in Arizona
I know that you want to see what the East is like and the possibility of maybe getting some land. it is a good idea to start at the North end of the East and hope that the weather will be kind to you. it was good that you cleaned the bus before putting everything back into it. A lot less moving things around. Have a wonderful week and I hope you will find other interesting places to see during the winter months
My church has a youth group called Pathfinders, They go camping and the Bluetti would be perfect for them.
Arizona is awesome in the winter
You guys are awesome, my wife and I enjoy and love you! We hope we win the blubletti 🤣
Good morning to you both and those beautiful fur babies. We have been fallowing your adventure since you pulled into started taking out the seats. We traveled full time for just over 2 years in a 30’ diesel pusher we revamped and restored to make it fit our taste and lifestyle. Unfortunately our travel has been put on hold. Long story. With that all said.
We ended up in coastal Texas in the Magnolia Beach area. It’s a great place to boom dock for 14 days on the water and I mean on the water. You park as close to it as you feel comfortable with. There are several places like it. Indianola beach next door they are attached but you can spend another 14 days there if you like. Crystal beach north of Galveston. Great place to boondock again on the beach. You can take the ferry to Galveston. Freeport area hash beach boondocking Port Anrasas area and of course Padre and South Padre island. All 14 day stays. Let us know if you end up in the Magnolia area we would love to say hi. Stay safe
The panhandle of Florida is awesome
Great video we use the Bluetti when the solar just isn't enough
Arkansas mountains are also beautiful. Mena Arkansas is my recommendation.
Take me with, need to leave Wisconsin before it becomes Ice Age...Meanwhile i will use the AC70 to power my CPAP during power outages and also to use it for my pellet smoker during 12 hour low and slows...
Just purchased my first pop up camper this Oct. will prep inside and out. The Blueutti will be perfect with out blowing any fuses.
Great fun and information from you two it’s a real treat watching your videos and how you share your struggles & win wins.
Blessings on the road.
KM
🙌 thanks guys 🤞
Epik amezing video🤙🤙🤙❤❤❤
southeast Texas in November could net you a SpaceX Starship Launch in Boca Chica aka Starbase! Looks like FAA licensure is happening! Welcome back from South Africa!
Love your bus/home. A Bluetti would make life so convenient while camping. Love to win, tried to enter twice, not sure it worked.
Thank you! Make sure to go check your email, you need to confirm your email address and then it will take you to a page that shows you have entered
Im building my own schoolie and this would help out so much . Safe Travels Always. God Bless Ya'll. Mucho Love from your friend in Michigan Tam ❤️ ♥️ 💕
🤞
Perfect time for spring cleaning, I bet it is very stressful planning a future trip. Keep up the great work and safe travels.
It really is!
I think that finding a nice, warm place to dock up for the Winter and then traveling for the Spring, Summer, and Fall is a GREAT idea! It would allow you to do lots of traveling without having to hunt for a bus-friendly spot during the Winter and would allow you to have some more roots somewhere in the country. Plus, you could always rent it out during the rest of the year as a revenue stream. I've stayed in plenty of airbnbs that were run by people out of the area who just paid for someone to come in, clean and snap pics after each guest/group left. SUCH freedom in that!! Also, I was going to say SE Texas, but you didn't mention New Mexico or Texas, so I thought you just weren't interested. I LOVE that you're heading there! There are LOTS of beautiful woods, but so much warmed than even just a couple hours North, so great pic! I hope Texas treats you well. We know that "the stars at night are big and bright . . . deep in the heart of Texas," and even though I'm no fan of Texas football, I am a fan of the state itself. Have a great trip and best of luck on the lone star state!
For winter obviously head south where you won’t find snow in your way or road salt eating away at the bus. Florida is a place where snow seldom reaches. Maybe hit St Augustine which is much nicer in the winter rather than the summer which is brutally hot. St Augustine is only about 40 minutes from the Georgia border. You can also visit Wakulla Springs near Tallahassee. You should consider Route 66 in the future. It would make an awesome series of videos.
But it does have hurricanes!
@@davejiannuzzi4160 I’ve lived in Florida most of my life and to be honest the Gulf states and the Carolinas get hit more often than Florida. At least you can see hurricanes coming and have the time to act unlike other natural disasters.
Would def use the Bluetti in my shop; without power
Awesome video !!
Enjoy your travel. Looking forward to your tips on Texas. Sounds like a great option
Thank you! Will do!
go to texas, woods, plains beaches, it has is all.
Come to Texas y’all…
I’m excited about the giveaway! I’ve been trying to get the smaller Bluetti through affirm but they keep denying me…I think I already bought too much stuff for my van haha
Good luck!!
I hope the entry worked. Not sure because I didn't get any confirmation that it went through. Bluetti is a fine product and thank you for the opportunity!!
After filling in your name and email you should get an email to confirm the email address is correct. If you don’t see it, try checking your junk/spam mail folder. Once you confirm a page will appear confirming your entry
❤Love 💕 ur bus 🚌!:):). What's next for the bus 🚌?... Maybe another one?🤔
Thank you!!! Going to keep upgrading this beauty 🤍💙
We would love to win the BLUETTTI for our lake lot camping @ Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma.
🤞

Thanks guys! 🤞

There's quite a bit to see in south Texas but be careful with all the illegal immigrant traffic esp when you drive down through the King Ranch area. There are a lot of snowbirds down in the South Texas Valley as you will see. Corpus Christi is a nice city to visit. You'll have fun while you're down there.........
Hello 👋 ❤❤❤❤
👍👍
The way the world is stay out of Texas, Az, I’d go Tennessee or Arkansas!
Is the reason I would like to win the Bluettie is so I have a power supply to run my oxygen machine. When we have power outages if I want to go outside go to bech or camping. Having a Bluetti would help to Get back in to life again but not being confined to the house It would let me be movable around and I could take my oxygen machine with me because all I have is one of the big house ones I don't have 1 of the little portable ones period I have I have also seen the bluetti shown on the lot of channels about the outdoors that I watch and I have not heard 1 person ever say anything bad about it if I could afford it I would have already had one Period thank you for reading my message and you have a blessed day
Thanks for letting us enter to win, guys! We’ve loved following along on your adventures. 💞
Our pleasure!
How hard, or easy is it to find a place to stay with your bus conversion? I'm looking at my options on a school bus or a tour bus. Can you stay at any rv campground, or do you need to find one that specifically suits your bus?
Please release subtitles in Portuguese for all Devices. Thank you
Go to Mexico
Looks great guys! What's that cleaner you're using throughout the bus? :)
We use force of nature and a soapy water with Mrs meyers dish soap depending on the surface
Don and Mela. I'm from Canada and I watch your channel every video that you put out. But yet I'm being discriminated from entering your give away. Not fair what so ever. Why is it limited to US residents only.
Thanks for being a loyal watcher! We love that we have an international audience. I’m sorry we cannot extend the giveaway to everyone all over the world., it is not up to us. Bluetti are only able to ship within the US for this giveaway(excluding Alaska - batteries cannot be shipped there). We are very grateful for Bluetti offering us the opportunity to give one of our lucky viewers a prize but need to respect what their limitations are for shipping. Thanks for understanding.
its Cold here. Are the furbabies safe
Snuggled up nice and cozy 😻
I'm here in Indiana as well
