When applications runs on api with no bearer tokens and doesn't have csrf tokens implemented, but relies on one specific cookie with path set as api path and same site set to strict for csrf protection, is there a way to by pass this and achieve csrf in chrome. Csrf happening in IE alone as same site attribute is not supported by IE.
