Today is the day I am starting to be more productive, usually I sleep in until 11 then do my school work and stress about that and regular day to day stuff so today I woke up at 7 and listened to this guided meditation and another Christian one because I’m a teenager and I would rather stay home then go to church but last night I was praying to god and I felt a spark in my heart and decided that tomorrow (today) is a new day and I get to choose how the day goes well at least how I think of it and usually I am so stressed about school but now I’m a little calmer... now I have to start school though :/ lol

Beautiful, keep it up Mokena, and may God always speak to your heart and you listen. I would encourage you though to go to church, the community of like minded sisters and brothers would be of so much help in the days when you will be down, and they will be strengthen and encourage you. With love

Love this! I was doing regular guided meditations but always felt it was hard to focus my mind solely on God when the regular guided meditations focus a lot on self reflection. I definitely need more of this!

That was really good! Would it be possible to add more time at the end of just gentle music playing? It was kind of an abrupt ending. Plus, since they are longer videos, it will give your videos a greater rating on the algorithm due to the longer watch time :)
