- Finland's Prime Minister Sanna Marin has said she has taken a drug test, after new footage emerged showing the leader dancing with a Finnish popstar.
Marin, 36, came under fire this week after a leaked video showed her partying, with some politicians saying she should be tested for narcotics.
At a news conference, Ms Marin said she had taken the test to allay concerns and expects the results next week, maintaining she did “nothing illegal”.

The problem is not dancing or partying. Its doing that when u are on duty (Finnish pm is on duty 24/7 unless on holiday that Marin was not). Other reasons for drug speculations are the fact that she had poor judgement letting others film her, she was hanging with ppl who have been rumoured to be contacted to drugs AND she went to club 3am where finnish singer was kissing her neck. All these are factors that show bad judgement on her behalf and as someone who has really been interested in holding her omage pure it is so out of context that it is not a suprise ppl suspect drugs.

The only part of this that makes me uncomfortable is the person that shared the video. I'm an absolute no-one and I do not want videos of drunk me shared.
She is not nobody like but our Prime minister. And the leak is easily the least important point here. She insists to be treated as an adult, so no victim points afforded. Btw, no voting rights to under 18 years old here in Finland.
To put it in moral terms, it was Marin who shared this. It is her responsibility she acted like that adn that she exposed herself to people who would leak it. Demanding professionalism in someone's personal life is a new low. Everyone has their own way of enjoying life, and it shouldn't be reflective of their professional life unless it posed real danger. I want to make full emphasis on that, because it's clear many people lost jobs this way, especially looking at defamation and cancel culture.

Its crazy to me that people find this okay. She is not an ordinary person, she is a leader of an entire country. A leader should not be letting their judgement slip, because spies could be around them, an incident could happen in the country and they would be too inebriated to do their job at that moment, or worse they could end up hurt and incapacitated. It's because she obviously has a problem with partying, already in 2021 she was seen partying in a night club after being tested positive to covid, thus putting other people's health at risk. Coming from a PM it is VERY SHOCKING as attitude. The critics are about this fact and not about a young politician partying.
