You must need snow boots in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. So if you calculate the rent it may be 200 to 300 for both the places, rest you will not gonna use them for months. So rest is upto you. And snow pants isn’t required I believe, if you gonna have proper thermals and layering. You might not need snow pants.

A kashmiri friend used to come every year to sell shawl since 1986 and I requested him to bring one, of course, in lieu of money. But he gave false promise including another one of a shawl of particular colour, prefered by mom. Seeing your kangri, the memory of my mother came back who passed away long ago.
