@@yu-gi-ohmasterdisaster4947 My games are on an HHD which has terrible read/wrrite speeds. Could that be contribuing to the stuttering and low FPS in certain games?
I don't really game much anymore, but I have a GTX 750 2gb from Zotac and it's still a little beast, I always get surprised of how it runs modern titles at playable fps, but I don't like to force it much so I only play older titles or newer titles at low graphics. Now that GPUs are having reasonable prices again I'll probably update it for something a little more powerful and keep my trusty GTX 750 around for good luck .
For people wondering about RDR2 , the 2GB version can run it fine around 30fps in 720p so probably GT 1030 level and with an OC it could be even better
I wish I had this GPU in my old PC back in days cuz I had a GTS 450 that time and it's performance was average in many games but was pretty bad in GTA V I still remember I had 25 fps in many places across the map.
Nice overview and verdict. 100% agree. Not everybody can afford and needs a high end GPU. Just got the 2GB for my 10 year old son to play Roblox, Fortnite etc. and it should be fine I guess.
Before getting my GTX 1060 6Gb, I was using a 2Gb version of the GTX 750 and it was really great. Showing weakness only on 2018+ titles. The 2Gb buffer is really important imo, it makes most games less stuttery and you can crank up a bit the resolution in some games.
Agree, I have one too, even some 2018+ well optimized games the GPU can run them very well, a good OC can save the GPU too, I am hoping to get a 1650 super performance level for an upgrade
I'm wondering if this GPU would have major performance degradation if it was installed in a PC with slower RAM , like an AM3+ platform with DDR3 1333MHz (my older PC was just like that) Yet , in this specific setup the GTX750 1GB did outstanding job !! very impressed !! --P.S. This probably has one of the best performance-per-watt of any card out there. It seems to as good as the GTX 650 Ti BOOST at least in Dota 2. Amazing how good Maxwell was despite being on the same node as Kepler (which itself isn't THAT bad, it was great for its time). I completely agree with your final thoughts! I've seen several videos on the GTX 750 Ti that basically say RIP or something like that. I really don't agree with that. Sure, it struggles a bit with the latest titles but most individuals on a budget new to PC gaming aren't thinking about that. It still has plenty of power to enjoy several games at various resolutions. The GTX 660 is another great budget intro card which no one even mentions anymore but it fulfills a similar niche and is often even cheaper. Even weaker truly outdated cards like the GTS 450 or HD 5770 can still be good for the budget-oriented new gamer. They can be found for as little as $30. And as you've shown, can play GTA V, a AAA game from 2015, at 1080p low with no problem. And some of these new gamers who don't care for even older AAA stuff might get tricked into spending $300+ instead on the RTX 3050 which while obviously extremely better performance, they probably didn't need, and they could spend those $270 on things such as a better power supply, a larger SSD, better motherboard, etc. I know some don't agree but after working with those GPUs after using the GeForce 210 and HD 5450 for a while, I can tell you that I'll be glad with those $30 GPU because the weaker games I played will look and run way better. And for most people using those super-weak GPUs, that's all they could want. Btw play as Jack in GTA V one day! And it can achieve 60FPS on 1080p very high setting in most of recent titles don't trust me give it a try .
Edit: thanks
These results are quite unexpected, truly impressive especially for a maxwell gpu
Would be nice to see some far cry 6, Microsoft flight simulator and even guardians of the galaxy. Very good for testing as well. Love your channel as always. Definitely been my favorite Benchmarker alongside Santiago Santiago. And please, don't mock or joke about Jesus, I would greatly appreciate that. Just be respectful towards other people's views.
I think Nvidia should make another gtx card for the budget market who doesn’t care to much about ray tracing, similar to a 3050 or upcoming 4050 but without the rtx crap for like sub $150 or maybe at the max $200, gtx 1750
My card FINALLY REVIEWED😍. Its a beast honestly for 1gb
This seems like a good option for the people who have 75Hz monitors and play shooter games.
hey thats me
@@augusL Nice! What CPU do you have? And also which version of the GPU do you have?
@@denko69 I have the i5 9600kf and the 750 is the evga one, im saving for a rtx 3060
@@augusL Really nice. I'm thinking of buying an i5 12600kf. It is a amazing CPU it beats every single i9 before 11 gen, because its a 10 core.
@@augusL I recommend buying Rx 6600 xt, it's cheaper than the rtx 3060
I am waiting for your video man thnx
thank u very much for all this benchmark so far can u pls test new igpu in ryzen 6000 series (RDNA2)
You should try mc with fabric and sodium, it's a good representation of max performance. You can also use shaders with fabric and sodium using iris
Agreed, Sodium is soo much faster than Optifine... i got almost double the fps with shaders
Recently I buy a gtx 660 (2gb) for 20 euros for replace my gtx 560 ti (1gb). And I'm very happy I play at star wars battlefront 2, titanfall 2, fortnite and other easily 😀
4:27 is the best part of the video hahah
Keep up the content 👍
Im gonna buy a gpu like this :)
@Raiden or Jack the ripper In our country its only 28 dollars but its used
Yoo the coincidence i was just searching for a 750 benchmark lesgoooo
9:57 "this thing is super accurate actually" *proceeds to almost whiff all the shots"
ggwp kryzzzzp, u did well with phamtom see its easier xD
I just gonna buy it thanks for the video
the answer is YES, YES IT IS.
Thank you for making a GTX 750 video
Thanks for testing bf5 on the gtx750. Now i know that my gtx 750 ti 2gb can make it.👌
Kryzzyp flexing with his 3080 in the background
You should've tried enabling NIS in Nvidia control panel, adds more fps on older cards
Finally, I saw my videocard :D
GTX 750 was my first card.
I had that gpu for like 6 months, now i switched to a Gtx 1050 2g OC Gaming version from Gigabyte for like 4-5 days
It would have been better to make a full 2x jump from the GTX 750, i.e. switch to a GTX 1050ti. It's like someone who has a GTX 750ti, is more interested in a GTX 1650 (and better) than a GTX 1050ti.
Its an okay GPU if your waiting to upgrade for a strong GPU. You can play Competitive games like CSGO, Valorant, etc with no issues.
How would you control the bottleneck? I'm currently struggling on CSGO with my i5-4590 and GTX 750 2GB every time I shoot an enemy, I would get super stutters and fps drops. While playing CSGO, my CPU usage is at 50-60% and my GPU usage is at 95-98%. Please help!
Thanks Men.
You can play GTA V on high just fine without any stutter even with high quality texture. Just set ignore vram limit option to on.
Good video. Big difference between this card and the gtx 750ti with faster clocks and an extra 1gb of vram?
Legends always only see minecraft prefome
Great card for 1080p ps360 era games. Very weak card for 8th gen games especially AAA, but good enough for indie titles or PS1/PS2 era remaster.
Hmm. One of these days, I'll have to try and figure out how to get Afterburner's overlay to work properly so I can see what my crap card, CPU and RAM are actually doing. Can't even get the frametime graph to not be 3/4ths the width of my screen, though, so probably not much hope. :P (sucks really only having access to FRAPS' FPS counter)
I still have this (the SC version) I’m currently running a althon 3000g could I pair this same gpu with a r5 2600? Without a lot of bottlenecking? Cause this 3000g is definitely not doing anything for me anymore in games that aren’t esport titles.
Athlon 3000G/GTX 750 is OK.....R5 2600/GTX 750? is OK BUT sooner or later you´ll need a better GPU.
