Some Great catches as usual , thanks VRF. Great Sandhills Railway is a new Railroad to check-out. I had just been staging some Wagons on my Railroad today and included my 'Corinth and Counce' Boxcar (Roanoke @22:12) Nice to see MoPac as well. 'Well Done', to the Senior Citizen at Ashland.
Wow! Excellent catching all the trains, especially a massive prehistoric shark teeth in Fort Madison, Iowa, I like them, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much.
It was good to see Cumberland again--I've been missing it--and great to see Revy Bear!! He didn't look near as skinny as he did when he showed up last year around this time. I had to look up Great Sandhills; their livery is very sharp. And all those centerbeam cars--!!! It's always fun to see Operation Lifesaver and Spirit of Law Enforcement too. As for the "shark teeth?" Very funny! Another terrific one--thank you guys!!
My favorite Revy "catches" were with a second bear (A yearling?) and where Revy was hit by a car and danced around, then ran into a yard, while the car sat DOA.
Another couple of great catches at Tucson. I pointed out the very rare Great Western Service gondola. Another person caught the rare opera style center beam.
First time I see an Amtrak passenger train with DPU. Is it two trains in one? Because of a delay? Because of a breakdown? Maybe it is not a DPU but towing the whole thing?
CSX is still using big road power to operate locals in Cordele? When I went through there in june on my way to my vacation, they were using 5316 for the same thing. I spoke with the conductor after they finished their work and he told me that big power wasn't suited for the local work there. Also, looks like I was spot on on that evening shot of CSX 1852 leaving Waycross making the grab bag. I mentioned on the chat that it was likely as it happened live.

The NS units are 12 years old. The CSX units are less than a year old. NS is repainting all of its units - it already re-painted the Southern and Virginian units. I think NS could do a better job of washing the units every now and then.
@@yyzedd I remember when the western railroads used to wash whole passenger trains at the beginning of their named runs and now they can’t even keep the heritage engines cleaned when they pass through a major shop
I'm Stoked. 2 Katy's (MKT) and a Mopac in the same video. I grew up in Houston along the part of Katy that is no more. TxDOT had to expand IH 10 to 22 lanes. I think the track is still there from the town of Katy out to at least Columbus. There is a small yard in Coumbus and also amoher one in Smithville, which are still active, although I don't know who runs them. There is talk about running the Texas High Speed rail into Houston towards Northwest Mall (closed at present) on I think UP tracks on Hempstead highway. I long for the day that deal is done. I want to ride from Northwest Mall to Dallas on the train. Have lunch at the Chimeese food place( best chicken fried steak sandwich around) in the Diamond Shamrock Parking garage, then back home in the evening. Listening to east bound UP's on the tracks in Hutto tonight. For unknown reasons, the traffic on this set of tracks is mostly east bound. Only Amtrak and a gravel bucket going out to Marble Falls go west bound. Have to get gravel to build all the Samsung buildings in Taylor. Does anyone know where Revy's den is? It would be fun to know where he comes from and goes to.
Amtrak not doing well. I saw Norfolk Southern pulling the Capitol Limited and BNSF pulling something at La Plata MO. The Western Maryland heritage unit has arrived. Interesting to see the welded rail train running through La Grange.
What is going on with Amtrak's P42's y'all ready to go home now that the ALC's are coming on strong. I am noticing more foreign power on these clips with Amtrak P42's.
That's their business train. CSX executives and other high-ranking staff ride in it when they need to travel to various offices, depots, or other locations across the railroad network.
Like the CSX dedicatory liveries for troops, first responders, and law enforcement; however, I expect someday a totally tagged engine will read “Honoring Our Anarchists”.😉
Ah yes, nothing like watching the CSX Executive Jet hauling overpaid executives and their spawn over to Augusta for the Masters tournament. A train we will never get to ride and a tournament we will likely ever only see on TV. Thanks for sharing !
It’s Good To See Revy Buddy Bear !🐻
Gotta love the sincerity of noting click bait in the description😂
Gotta admit tho, that turbine blade DOES look like a huge shark tooth
And It's Supposed To Be CSX & Not GSX
At 9:18 - "we're gonna need a bigger boat..." 8^) Great grab bag, with shark teeth archaeology even! Cheers!
You mean the Titanic?
Hi, Revy, good to see ya'!🤎🐻🖤

How great to see Revy back again.
I always love some Lagrange action.
Just when I thought it safe to go back to Ft. Madison!😮😂
Wonderful seeing the Great Sandhills Railway from Saskatchewan!

At least you were being honest unlike a huge amount of other youtubers who clickbait their titles
Ohhhh, hook, line and sinker.
Could also be the trailer for; bum bum bum
The Meg 3😁

WM heritage, fantastic!
Great job Waycross shops.
I wish they’d paint the whole locomotive in the heritage schemes
Thanks for all the very good videos

9:20 I'd hate to meet the shark that lost those teeth... probably too big to swim up the Mississippi, though.
We're going to need a bigger boat !!!
Missed the CP HU ACU from the flagstaff cam yesterday.
Sandhill is from Swift Current Sk to Leader Sk., n,w, of Swift Current on the CPKS mainline in western Sk.
*Awesome Catches*

I had heard if you see Amtrak power that’s not leading or in the number two spot, it’s getting towed.
For cripes sake google it if you don’t know the answer. At least that’s what I’ve been told to do.
@@fredwilliams6843 very kind of you. Thanks.
My pleasure.
It was actually 2 Amtrak trains (138 and 80) combined. The mid loco (#132) had cab signal issues, It was running as HEP only for it's train (80).

hello Virtual Railfan & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Virtual Railfan & Friends Randy
Every night I leave the West camera in Revelstoke running hoping I will see Revy. Must have been while I was actually in Dreamland.
Lots of great trains and action, power, lash ups, meets, HU,consist, wide loads,MOW equipment and good video!🛤🚂
how does the neighborhood get along with Revy?
Verrrry carefully....
Great grab bag! What's up with CSX 8060's number board on the welded rail train running through La Grange?
10:56 *Western Maryland Heritage Unit 1852*
Yep!
Beautiful
Blade trains are interesting
0:46 I wonder if they took off 132 as well or just shut her down & towed her to NY
It’s amazing how clean the CSX heritage units appear compared to the NS that aren’t kept clean

They're not shark teeth. More, like,Megalodon teeth....
Revi must have a den nearby
2:04 to 2:20 What kind of material does those cars carry?
Lumber or other wood products. Sometimes wallboard.

What does H-EVESPO mean @ 21:30?
And what livery was that triclops @ 23:21? It didn't LOOK like the UP livery...
EVESPO indicates it's route between Everett Washington and Spokane Washington
Wind turbine blades?
@@BigWolfBoy50 I thought ship prop blades but they're a long way from either ocean.
Very large wind turbine blades.

What were the big blade looking things?
Wind turbine blades.
Wind blades that cannot be recycled and need special disposal methods after about three years
Oh, they look new.
Prehistoric shark teeth :-)
Who is in that CSX passenger train? Thanks.

15:12 Padiddle!
NS 1,003 & 1,004 could stand a bath. Been awhile since they've been together. The story's those MU cable's must be sharing.
I'm assuming that the "shark teeth" are wind turbine blades.
It is
Too bad we can't save the screenshot of some of those cars for weathering purposes on a model
Fire in the hole!
Try wind turbine blades.
At least revy used the cross walk
