The TLDR: She is balanced. Long range she is weak. Close range she deals high damage, but low health makes it hard to do. If she has her super she hard counters tanks and assassins. Without it she gets wrecked. Does not fare well against Long range brawlers as that is where she is the weakest. Her hypercharge is also the weakest of the new hypercharges.
Getting immobilized for 10 seconds isn't balanced.

She also has a gadget that can tank shots like tara and a powerful SP to counter high HP brawlers

Honestly, charlie looks rlly cool. She doesnt have any amazingly overpwoered abilities, the attack is great, the super is greatm hypercharge makes sense ig. Im rlly looking forward to unlocking her.

Her hypercharge is useless and the fact that the spiders loses health overtime and is just like another gadget. She looks cool but her hypercharge is not worth buying.

Imagine how op it would be if u could use the super on a safe also I want them to add a brawler that's got an attack that can be used to pull itself (like buzz super) or something like that, it would be cool

Tick loses every 1v1 but is considered one of the most annoying brawlers. I think this makes sense with Charlie

Hey lex! I have a cool idea for a new brawler
Name : Ally The Alligator
Base attack : Shell Throw ( She throws a turtles shell to the enemy and when it touches the wall it comes back automatically)*800 damage*
Super : Gross Expedition ( She makes a hole in the ground attaching to the sewers and can target one player to attack from under the ground) *2300 Damage*
Her skins : Pink Ally (29 gems) Stinky Ally (79 gems)
Her health : 5600
Her voice lines : “Oh wow , that stinks!” “Time for a dive!” “Underground madness!” “Free water! From the sewers..” And that’s my brawl stars character idea! Hope you see this Lex and keep up the great work 👍🏼!

Well, in case her super doesn't work on the robot in boss fight, then I'm sure she can still be a pretty decent pick due to her close range dps and also distract the robot with the spiders too
Big game on the other hand I think it will work for sure and maybe Charlie's super with the 1st star power can even be used to counter Doug's super if he is the big brawler

Lex misses so many times
I feel like she is the equivalent of a non thrower Willow.
My tips would be, you will love paring her with a tank and a artilery brawler, or a wall breaker and a sniper depending of the map.
Brawler like Brock, Colt and Griff are probably gonna be good when paired with her.
Another brawler that will break bossfight, awesome

There is a strategy in game u can use Leon and but on smoke trail but use your super in a bush with the clone gadget once she kills the clone attack close hopes this helps you when Charlie comes out

But to be honest no one is just standing next to the opponent just fighting your going to be playing tactical and keeping your distance so it would make sense if you did the battles that way instead
Wait till people use her 2nd SP, and spam attacks and create cheese strats utilising her attack discharge speed at close range.

Actually the slimy star power can be alot better In circumstances because it doesn't need to hit an enemy you can block off an area unless the enemies wanna get slowed
It's absolutely not worth it. The super gives you A LOT of matchups that are just impossible to win without it

What happens if a Brawler has a after affect when charile supers them
Example dyna puts super on top of him and Charlie supers him will his bomb desroy the cacoon and will he still leap away if using dyna jump

I more agree with Kairos but I think she really should have some damage buff but her Hypercharge makes no sense and is almost useless because spiders will already be dead when someone breaks out if cocoon after 10 sec
