This is a very interesting event and I hope they do these more often. Makes me feel pretty good about them adding some neat theming to this. The snow machines going was a good touch.
I am so excited to go on this ride! Though I've never been able to ride DarKastle (as the first time I've been to Busch Garden's since moving to VA from Michigan was in 2018), the building itself had instantly captured my attention and made me love it even more when it housed the first chapter of Nevermore for Howl-O-Scream
SO glad to see them make the operators wear themed outfits. That’s what Busch used to do. I really hope it turns out great because it will really suck if they ruin darkastle
Obviously I’d be happy to be wrong, but it feels like there’s still a decent amount left before it’s ready to open, so I’d be kind of surprised if it opened in March.
fun fact Darkastle was based on a real german king, King Ludwig II who was actually deemed unfit to rule and was well known for his castles and yes they did go broke.
I went thinking they were going to let us see the track like you did but they had us walk through the preview center and handed us Mardi Gras beads at the end that was it. Was this a special preview for a select few
It’s not just paraphrased the storm part is added that wasn’t in the original preshow I know because I saw it back when it was dark castle they add to the story now that attention to detail
When she said itll go up to 36 mph and how it wont feel like its going as fast. Most likely they will pull the trick that Disney does with Space Mountain where they have fans blowing on you so feels like you're going fast.
Busch gardens is such a liberal park. They allow their workers to get harrased then they will fire them if they try and defend themselves. The pay sucks too.

I just put the sign up for this on Thursday 🤘 Scotty signs!!!
I’m so excited for this ride to come out! DarKastle was my favorite as a kid so seeing familiar elements is nostalgic.
As a kid I was scared of it lol but the year I was gonna be brave and have my eyes open the whole ride, that was the year it closed 😭
Don't waste your time. This thing sucks. It's a LAME family coaster. 36mph top speed. Lol.

INTAMIN AWESOMENESS 👑👑👑
Peeppppssss thanks for sharing I am excited for today.
Great video. Thanks for sharing all this.
Nice to finally meet you today at the park! Great coverage, can't wait for Darkoaster!
It was great to meet you too!
Awesome 👌 video
I’m excited for this! I’m looking forward to a ride back in this building. I hope the dark tours lore carry’s over into something for HoS.
That would be cool!
Loved this video. Thank you so much
Been waiting for this for so long! Love the video

I’ll be there today😁 and this gives me some great ideas on what to expect thank you Paul👌😁
Sooo ready to ride this !!!
I sure hope that snow is a constant but randomly generated effect outside!
That’s awesome! Would appreciate if they can take the time to repair verboten
what’s wrong with verbolten?

The ruined it. Lol. This ride SUCKS.
They didn't do the uniforms. Lol.
That ride should open in March!

the station reminds me of the roller coaster from final destination 3😭
Is it called dar Koaster or dark Koaster
The fun part about Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is it doesn't snow
It gives me Spooky Island Castle vibes
Is the ride out yet any rumors?

Yay curse of dark castle part two
Can I ask how you get invited to the events early?
Busch Gardens has a media relations team that we applied to for consideration to be be invited to these events.
@@IoMGeek thank you!

Yes, that part was just for the media event we attended, and thankfully could share with all of you.
4:51 That is a paraphrased version of the original darkastle preshow script.

Do you know if they’re gonna put the wolves back out on the entrance
Not sure but I hope so!
*INDOOR GROVER*
The didn't even use all the space in that building 😕
But both parks are totally opposite each other Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay totally different experiences
From the looks of the track layout it looks pretty boring to me. Long wait in the line for a two minute ride at best.
dark
Attended members only ride event tonight. This thing is a LAME family coaster. NOT worth a 2nd ride. VERY disappointing.
Another guy posted a video with the track inside the building. It's pretty cool.
Oh wow. Busch Gardens specifically asked us not to do that, but hey, good for him being able to share it!
@IoMGeek he went in through a big garage door in the back. And the door stayed open while he filmed.
