I was born with Cerebral Palsy and I was wanted to try out for cheerleading or other things that girls get into but my grandma prohibited me from doing that. I’m a parent to two children who are developmentally delayed and I was push my older child to do whatever he wants to build up his own talent 🗣. Definitely putting my daughter in ballet when she gets older.
The pure, unadulterated JOY this brings me is immeasurable. This was so beautiful and so moving. They deserved the buzzer. They deserve the win.

I'm soon to be 48, and I did dance team competition for Special Olympics. I enjoyed performing with them so much. They actually teach you a lot as an athlete and a human being. I would not trade anything in the world for the life lessons that I received.
Who needs an antidepressant when you have some of these auditions. Others' happiness is infectious and like a pure dopamine rush.

Why all this hate for young men/boys who love to dance? Some of the most amazing dancers in the world are men! Was Fred Astaire bullied? How about Baryshnikov? Amazing.
I learned at a young age not to let someone’s differences prevent you from getting to know them. Sometimes they are just amazing people from birth, some become amazing people from learning how to overcome and not letting whatever happened prevent them from their dreams or happiness. When you get to know them you also get to meet the amazing people that have been that persons support group. It’s wins all the way around.
If say the person is wheel chair bound and trumps out to be an awful human, you just remove the break pads, cover the manual section where their hands to operate the chair with white lithium grease. Looking them straight in their eyes, smile then use your foot to push them backwards down the steepest street in San Francisco.
Sorry but I had to 🤣🤣🤣 at this comment (I am also a wheelchair user and still found it hilarious) there are times people are just not nice 😂
