Bowser used to treat koopalings and kamek harshly even though he trusted them, but when jr was injured, he was the only one who seriously broke down and was willing to kill the enemy many times. In the same way, Eggman was strict with Sage, but he went out of his way to choose her shoes and give them as presents, and enjoyed Christmas together. He treats other robots like garbage, and used to be strict with Metal, who he trusted like his only son. That means he takes her seriously as his beloved daughter, and I don't know what he'll do when zavok and other him enemy pranks or bully her and annoys her.
In every Sonic video, there's at least one.

I'd like to imagine Sage had the same effect on Metal Sonic as she did with Eggman. He still wouldn't talk, but he'd go out of his way to spend time with her, slowly regaining the sentience he had back in Heroes, but using his intelligence to communicate more properly with Sage. He'd also go out of his way to protect her, even going so far as to sacrifice himself to save her. Wait, am I accidentally writing a fanfic?

Metal probably didn’t have a voice box, so he couldn’t talk
I sure Sage could already know what he's thinking. he used to talk differently from beep boops, than talked normally, than don't talk at all. but one thing he can still do is think. so she can hear from his mind if he's opened to speak to her.
I've wanted Eggman to have his Bowser Jr for years now, and now we have her.
Cool part is that Sage could get a huge redesign and it'd still make sense. Maybe a doll-like robot body for her AI.

I feel like Cubot would be so enamored he'd possibly drop a reference with 'There's no way my little sister can be this cute!'
If this doesn't happen, I will be severely disappointed.
Watching this gives me the more reason why I felt like there should've been a touching moment between Sonic and Eggman like this to be included in the ending about Sage after being enemies for decades.

Honestly, I believe both Eggman and Sonic could brutalize each other if they were angry enough on a personal level, and whoever wins is almost completely left to chance, but I’d bet more on Sonic.

For now, I don't think that Sage can make a family, but who knows, maybe in the future she'll become "real" or even Eggman will get a mother for her and eventually, make a family.

If the first one was just good guys who died then we could probably include Cosmo. Also the comics in this one are so sweet, even though one of them was sad for a while.

By the wea, since Sage's look is legiterally thanks to the cyberspace, then eggman would build her a coolio gundam so she can pilot it or maybe since Knuckles has the chance to leave (probably leaving the role to Sonic for a while) then Eggman will confront Sonic into using the master emerald to reach a compability into adding Sage to the boys
